But I have yet to hear anything from paul that contradicts my faith.

But see here.. You are doing what you accuse me off. Only listening to paul when you think he agrees with you.. Now that is being a hypocrit

Israel saw God in person, you only are believing Their Testimonies. It strengthens your faith. An intellectual person would not destroy the Witness that much of their own understanding of God is built upon.

Good Works is God telling you feed this person. When you feed that person it is God, NOT YOU, feeding that person.

So, God, fed that person doing His Own Works.

"Begun in the Spirit means they were saved, then allowed works to be a part of it, meaning they were saved in the beginning & hardened their hearts & lost it.

You don't specifically have to be Baptist to be Reformed.
The Doctrine is the same in Methodist, Presbyterian, Wesleyan, Lutheran several Protestant Denominations

So Unbelieving Israel who walked for 400 years in unbelief and sin saw God?

Israel saw God while they were slaves of assyria and Babylon

so if you do that work BECAUSE you are saved, You are loving because you have experienced Gods love

If your doing that work to get saved, stay saved or keep from losing salvation. It is a work of self righteousness. Not a work which proceeds from the love of God. Because you have never experienced Gods love.

If abraham was found he has something to boast about.

FOr we have been saved BY GRACE, not of works. lest anyone should boast

why do you boast of all your works?

Actually he called them fools for thinking they had to do those works to perfect the work begun in the spirit (remain saved)

They did not lose salvation. They could not lose salvation.. you can't lose something they could never earn to begin with.

the Proof is Israel saw GOD first hand in Person and still had times they rejected Him.
what makes you think it no longer happens?
humans are humans, they don't evolve to the point of completely changing.
