it would be pronounced in Greek, 'yee-sus' or in shortened form, ee-sus.
in Germanic languages 'J' is pronounced like an English 'Y' and they are some of the earliest non Latin, non Greek, non Hebrew written Bibles.
hence we arrive at Jesus, tho we aren't saying it the way it was said 2,000 years ago.
