Bloating a problem

I am no doctor but I have found by experience that there is a simple, safe help for this problem, at least for me.

One cup of pennyroyal tea is better than simethicone, baking soda or any other remedy given.

This may not work for you, but it is almost instantaneous for me
(There is information that too much penny royal can have negative effects, so one cup only. It would take many cups to be negative, but for safety's sake, keep it to one. Also research it more. In Spanish it is called poleo, also sometimes in English.

Try apple cider vinegar… it cures a lot of stuff

The flowering tops of Pennyroyal are used as medicine, but the internal use of the volatile oil should be strictly avoided.
