hi pickles.. and everyone

the depression is better. still having problems with god and faith. just looking for some happiness and god doesn't seem willing to provide it. he'd apparently rather i stay miserable. not exactly an encouraging concept.
Im going to speak to you about something many might dissagree with or think crazy. :)
I believe Jesus brings these times so that we can learn to look to Him in faith, and still priase Him through such times.
I went through this not long ago, I was at first trying to figure out why this was, seeking in self as to what is the cause? What did I do?
Finnally I simply gave all to Jesus, resting in Him.
Trusting and praising Jesus in faith, believing that all , wether I understood or not, that He was with me.
I called it believing no matter what.:)
Some might refur to it as being in the desert, the fire, I came to see it was a time of learning in Jesus.
Recieving from Jesus a lesson, of despite any tribulation, that faith in Jesus brings Him, the strong rock to build on.
When one will continue in faith, even when it appears as one recives nothing, praising in Jesus, God Our Father, One comes to see that perfect faith, is all about believing no matter what. :)
We need to know in Jesus, that the promise is in that which is eternal, not of this world.
When one learns this from Jesus, one is able to see clearly that in setting all aside for Jesus.
That His care, streangth, gifts, and eternal life is the joy, delight and love that is overflowing.
Because one no longer will look to the world for anything to sustain them.
One recives from Jesus the confidence, to live in His love.
Even the most difficult seen, lived, felt, sinned, known or discouraging, will not hold you.
Simply because one no longer looks to anything but Jesus.
Thus resting in Jesus because He has overcome all these things for us.
I saw a post where you spoke to some seeming to be favored by Jesus. :)
Its not about being more favored, it is simply that these have been through the fire, the dessert,
with Jesus, and now trust everything to Him.
It is they who favor Jesus. :)
Continue to live faithfully, looking to Jesus with hope, love and praise, no matter what. :)
You will in Jesus's timing, come to know the joy of His love and salvation, His perfect.
Scripture says that when we seek Jesus, with our whole heart, that we shall see Him. :)

It doesnt mean one will be perfect, it is simply that the goal is seen more clearly, Jesus!
You continue to be in my prayers in Jesus.

God bless.
