  You've helped me before and I need help again. I've just now paid for a year subscription for the second time. But I still cannot have direct conversations with anyone.   Taking a bit of a break before i start tearing my hair out precious friend, compiling chkrootkit after all the hard and software installations, feels like a mission too far currently.
