Since removing the requirement for new thread screening is not automated it rarely happens. I just am not active enough anymore (beyond Admin duties) to gain the level of confidence in most users to remove that screening.

That page is horrifically out of date. Some of the staff listed there haven't logged in for several years, some of the staff listed are specific to the chat app. Ultimately, as I posted above, I'm the guy to contact 99% of the time.
