Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Nope, spiritual Israel are Jews who are saved by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. Matthew 24 and 25 is prophecy that includes the kingdom of Christ on earth over the nation of Israel, not the body of Christ.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

The elect are chosen servants during the time of Jacob's trouble. They will be gathered to be spared from the Lord's wrath on the earth.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

John Calvin was a Roman Catholic priest who believed in baby sprinkling for regeneration and murdered those who disagreed with him. He also believed that God was the author of sin. Great theologian.🤦‍♂️

You replied to the response I gave to the Matthew passage, not the Timothy one.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Paul is referring to the nation of Israel, God's elect nation. The were chosen by God to bring forth the Messiah. They are enemies of the gospel. Paul has a deep desire to see them saved.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

The context is the tribulation. The elect are God's witnesses during the time of Jacob's trouble. There are 144,000 Jewish male virgins. If the days were not shortened, they too would die (flesh not soul).

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Elect is never in the context of salvation. Jesus is elect. There are elect angels. Were Jesus and the angels chosen to be saved?

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

That's a private interpretation of verse 4. I would agree with you if the verse stated, "chose us TO BE in him," however, it doesn't state this. Most Calvinists miss the word "according" which takes you back to the previous statement telling us what was chosen before the foundation of the...

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God... 1 Corinthians 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

I have a problem with the Greek philosophy of fatalism that started in the RCC and has made it's way into modern Christianity. It is a philosophy not Bible. Study it and you'll see it's origins, no pun intended. (Origen to Augustine to Calvin)

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Exactly what I have done. Those in Christ have been predestined unto the adoption. Comparing scripture with scripture, how does scripture define the adoption? The adoption is the redemption of the body as the following defines. Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have...

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

One more thing, why are you on here debating? God has already predetermined all things. There's nothing you can say or do to change anything. You are in essence debating against what God has preordained. Do you see the silliness of the Greek philosophy of fatalism?

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

I have posted every verse which contains the word "predestined." None of them is concerning salvation. None. All of them has to do with those who are already in Christ by believing the gospel. Paul gives them the great news that those in Christ have been predestinated unto the adoption which...

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

You continue to post private interpretations while posting very little scripture and then demean people when they disagree with your RCC Greek philosophy of fatalism. We have the mind of God in the scriptures.

God’s not willing that any should perish. He created hell for satan and his angels. If one man goes to hell, he’s going to a place never intended for him to go. Matthew 25: 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the...

I wrote a Letter to my Free Will

Here, Paul is writing to believers. Can we grieve the a Holy Spirit by our behavior? Absolutely! That’s a choice, the new nature at odds with the old nature. Ephesians 4: 30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
