    Predestination is misunderstood...

None of those verses state the order of salvation. Try again. I'll give another passage. Romans 10: 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not...

    Predestination is misunderstood...

I have the right order even if it goes against the clear reading of scripture. I'd rather follow the RCC John Calvin than scripture. God it. Can you at least post scripture stating the right order? thanks

Did Jesus Die on The Cross for The Just/Elect/Saved Whose Names Are Written in The Book of Life OR

Agree, we cannot take the chosen disciples and apply this to Christian doctrine. Bad Bible study.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

That’s not what you said. You stated God knows everyone before he created the world. Big difference. And btw, God made the statement concerning the nation that came from Esau in Malachi.

    Predestination is misunderstood...

If it’s not the biblical order of events from the scripture I posted, you don’t have the right order.

    Predestination is misunderstood...

Let's check it with the scriptures. Ephesians 1: 12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy...

    Predestination is misunderstood...

Lost people speak truth. Not one of us is deserving of God's love, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. The truth is still in Adam...what truth?

    Predestination is misunderstood...

What do you mean by, “having the truth in them?” Did they tell the truth? Yes, they did. This does not prove anything.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

    Sun of Righteousness

Speaking of the returnof Christ as King of kings and his 1,000 year reign. 1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them...

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Adam could not pay for Eve's sin. But Adam's sin made him a type of Jesus Christ. Is the following a true statement? No blame game going on, but a true statement...

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

You should read my post more carefully. I never said Christ sinned, but rather became sin for us who knew no sin. Also, Adam didn’t blame Eve nor did Eve blame the serpent. They were stating the truth of what happened.

Can the nonelect ever be born-again? (2 Kings 22:27) With the elect thou wilt be elect: and with the perverse thou wilt be perverted.

Just the opposite...Adam was thinking about being with his bride. Christ was not being selfish to die on the cross to be with his bride, was he? Adam gave up his sinlessness to be with Eve. He gave up his home to be with Eve. He gave up his dominion to be with Eve. Adam would live in a...
