I guess I’m on the fence about that...addressing the church and believers only, is what I have always understood....but not sure because of the “spew you out of my mouth” reference.....i do believe in eternal salvation....but maybe he is addressing a portion of the Church, that is on the fence...

I agree, which brings me to this question... If God desires us to be hot or cold, and not luke warm....what do you believe he is saying? Does it mean that we do not preach enough condemnation of sin?making us cold? Definitely not...Does it mean that God simply wants us to choose him, or not? No...

Respectfully, Paul’s words are Christ’s words.....every word written in scripture, is the inspired word of God. Paul was a specific, chosen vessel, born out of due time, he was used by Christ, to preach the gospel, unto the gentiles, a message not known before, and that all, Jews and gentiles...
