There's something I heard a couple of times last night. Some said moderation meant different amounts to different people, because some can drink more than others & not get drunk. That's true. What wasn't said was that people have to drink often & more to build up that immunity to alcohol..... just like a drug addict does.
I wonder if in the same vein people build up their immunity to grace with self righteousness...jut like a drug addict does.

Your tolerance level does not necessarily change if you don't drink all the time. Two sips of beer could give some a buzz. Even those who drank regularly. Weight plays a part also. People talking about how much affects them were also in many cases not people who drank to get drunk. Moderation was also spoken against as being applicable for all people. That has been my stance all along. Abstinence works for some even if it is not required for all.
I think most of us know who you really are. Or one of the false names that you used here before you were banned the first time around.

Something which puzzles me and maybe people on here can answer.
This is a genuine question, nothing implied or intended.
If people drink in moderation to be social and enjoy the taste and because certain types
of alcohol go well with certain food and they don't what to get drunk or tipsy etc.
Then why not use non alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic grape juice etc?
Whats the difference between the real stuff and non alcoholic stuff?

Not true, ive known heavy, daily drinkers who began to slur after their second beer, literally their second. But they had the ability to finish off a bottle of wine a night, a few beers and a couple of joints.

We don't battle against flesh & blood, this is just another useless argument to keep us from loving fellowship. So all we have to do is unite and agree to use the ignore button against the enemy... or ignore anyone who continually allows the enemy to use them as a tool of contention and condemnation.

Because there is a taste difference. I don't mind non alcoholic beer because I don't normally drink the usual but there is a slight watered down taste. As for wine and grape juice, they are two different drinks lol
