I am still waiting for somebody to honestly answer the question that I asked in post #140.
You're question:

{{{Are you ready for one more? Several people here might not be ready for this one.
Let's pick a group of people who are generally accepted as being evil. Let's say Hamas. Here is my question for those here who claim to be Christians:
Would you rather see them wiped off of the face of the earth through bombings and the like, or would you rather go and preach the gospel to them that they might be saved?}}

I would rather preach the Gospel that they might be saved.
Ditto re the Jews.
Ditto re the Dems.
Ditto re heretics.
Jesus said to love one's enemies, including Trump/MAGA (Matt. 5:44&48).

I'd appreciate if you'd like to know what I believe you'd ask me, not take anothers word for it. Thank you.
Of course. When I said that I am slowly learning what some people here believe, I meant that I am learning it from reading their posts, and not from hearsay. I would ask that you would also show me the same courtesy. Not that you haven't already, but today has been a day in which a handful of different posters have made wild allegations about me and my beliefs that couldn't be further from the truth. Those types of people will only eventually wind up on ignore.

True. We know that, but social issues have become political issues.
I'm not suggesting that they haven't, but I don't believe that politics can truly solve those issues. For example, even if the ideal candidate was elected President, and even if laws were put into effect that would truly benefit people, a lot of people would still be opposed to them in their hearts. Any submission to those laws would therefore be forced, and not genuine. Conversely, if someone's heart could be changed through the gospel, then they would willingly submit to that which is right. This is what I aim for because I see it as the only real solution. Not only in this brief life, but also throughout eternity because we are talking about the salvation of the souls of men, women, and children, and not just some temporary societal problems. This is my position. Others are free to disagree with it, but it certainly would help if people recognized what I actually believe.

No, and I don't expect it to.

Ok, and I hope you understand what I believe. Have you heard of the bill C9 in Canada? If passed it would make it illegal to quote the Bible. Then how do we reach the lost? Who is running the country matters.

Actually a high level of intelligence does not necessarily protect against mass delusion if that is what you mean by "dumb."

I meant ignorant due to believing fake news/propaganda,
which causes people to be deluded, irrational and immoral.
I have "intelligent" relatives who fit this definition.

Bill C-9 (the Combatting Hate Act) does not make it illegal to quote the Bible or any other sacred text. Legal
experts confirm that reading or sharing Scripture, on its own, does not meet the threshold for hate speech.
Offending someone or expressing "ordinary" conservative religious views is not considered a criminal offense.

Did they change it? My pastor friend, and of course many Christians, have been concerned about this bills passing. https://www.hudson.org/religious-fr...rowing-threat-religious-freedom-paul-marshall I'm glad if it hasn't turned out that way. That doesn't change my point that who is running the country matters, which I know you agree with.

Canada’s mainstream Jewish advocacy groups have applauded the government’s passage of Bill C-9, with a 186-137 vote
in the House of Commons on Wednesday night, March 25. It now goes to the Senate for further debate and a vote.

“For more than two years, Jewish communities across Canada have faced escalating threats, intimidation, and violence.
Bill C-9 represents an important and necessary step to strengthen tools for law enforcement and prosecutors to protect
targeted communities and hold criminals accountable,” said a joint statement, signed by the Centre for Israel and Jewish
Affairs, the Alliance of Canadians Combatting Antisemitism, B’nai Brith Canada, Canadian Women Against Antisemitism,
Canadian Jewish Law Association and the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center.

But they’re also urging lawmakers to go even further to tackle Canada’s antisemitism crisis.

“While C-9 is a significant step forward, it is not the end of the work,” the statement read.

“We must also ensure robust, consistent enforcement of existing laws, improve transparency in prosecutorial
decisions, enhance support for community security, and tackle the drivers of radicalization in Canada: unchecked
antisemitism, religiously and ideologically motivated extremism and violent anti-Israel activism.” source

Yes, USA Dems have shown that having laws differs from enforcing them.
Examples include immigration and election laws.

Jesus' earthly ministry flourished under Roman rule, and the Jewish leaders were constantly out to kill him as well. The Apostles were arrested and told not to speak anymore in Jesus' name, and they obeyed God rather than men. I trust that you know how prophets like Daniel and Jeremiah fulfilled their callings despite being under wicked rulers. Politicians cannot stop the spread of the gospel if God is for us. The real problem is that the average person who names the name of Christ is adverse to persecution.

It's like a button got pushed and all some people can talk about are political fugures...
What is needed is intercession for leaders, as instructed by Paul. If you know something about them, you know what to pray for.

The people who believe they are immune to propaganda are the ones who are propagandized.

Democracy and social justice are terms people in the marxist cult use. Terms are not inaccurate per se, just because some unfavoured group also uses them inaccurately.

You know have talking points, most people have no idea what Marx even wrote but it sounds very trendy in certain circles.

My Q: Which of Trump's policies indicate that he is anti-Christ?
I am assuming that this question was meant for me. I will answer this question once, but I am not going to argue with you or anybody else about it. I will simply let you know a small part of what I believe and why, out of courtesy and for the sake of understanding my point of view, which you need not agree with. If you get argumentative or insulting after reading my response, then I will place you on ignore. I am not here to fight with anybody, but some people here seem more than ready to declare war on anybody who holds to a different set of beliefs than theirs.

I mentioned "Christian Zionism" to another member here, and you said that there is no such thing. There is such a thing, and here is the standard definition of it:

Basically, Christian Zionism refers to Christians who believe that Jews have a right to certain portions of land based upon an Old Testament promise made to Abraham and his seed. With such a belief, these people are always willing to join in military battles against Israel's enemies. By this definition, I am definitely not a Christian Zionist because I don't believe that they are properly interpreting that promise in the light of New Testament revelation, nor do I believe that Israel is always right when it is in a dispute with another nation.

At the same time, by another definition, which I believe to be biblically accurate, I am very much a Christian Zionist. In other words, I believe that there are several prophecies in scripture, like Psalm 2:6 and Micah 4:7-8, which indicate that Christ will reign over the earth from Mount Zion in Israel when he returns. Seeing how Jesus is the Christ, and seeing how I believe that he will eventually reign in Zion, I am a Christian Zionist in that sense.

The first type of Christian Zionism that I described is anti-Christian from my point of view because, based upon my understanding of Bible prophecy, I believe that it is helping to pave the way for the Antichrist to eventually be established in Jerusalem. I won't elaborate on that any further than I just did. Due to this belief, I also believe that anybody, whether those who profess to know Christ in America or any other nation, Donald Trump, or anybody else who supports that cause, is by definition an antichrist who is being led by the spirit of antichrist.

Like I said from the outset, this is just a small part of the reason why I personally believe that Trump is an antichrist, but not the Antichrist. In case you don't already know this, several of his spiritual advisors and cabinet members, as well as several other politicians here in America, readily admit that they are Christian Zionists according to the first definition that I gave. People like Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz, just to name two. Christian Zionism is a very real thing, especially here in America, and I definitely do not support that model. In fact, I believe it to be anti-Christian Zionism.

If anybody feels led to falsely accuse me of hating Jews or the nation of Israel, then please do not waste either your time or mine by doing so. I have nothing against anybody of any ethnicity or country. I simply believe that salvation is offered to everyone, whether Jew or Gentile, through Jesus Christ. Christ is my focus, and not any particular ethnicity or country.
