So Dad usually doesn't have horrible reactions to the chemo, but the past 2 days his stomach has been hurting, he has had horrible gas, and now he's been having loose stools and diarrhea all day. He's super dehydrated and tired. This happens when he finally went back to work. I'm worried the stress will cause his chemo side effects to get worse and complications will kill him.

I know that escalated quickly but I worry nonetheless.

I'm sure that your dad is under a lot of stress from being sick, chemo treatments, and the financial worry of taking care of his family. Your post is very sad. I have said a prayer for Dad.
 
Lord, I wish to pray for ArtsieStaphs dad. I pray that you will be with him, and stand by both his and his family's side during this difficult time. In Jesus's name, Amen!

Hi Steph,Sorry to hear about your dad. Is there things your dad can do to lighten the chemo side effects?

I have a friend that is taking chemo and she lets her doctor know what's going on and sometimes they're able to help her with the effects from the chemo.

I'm so sorry he has to continue to work. Praying for you and your family and especially your dad.

At this point it's been cycling, and he's got bausia as well as pain above his belly button. We think it may be a juice I gave him....
 
We will be praying for him. Make sure he gets rest when he need it. My mom had cancer so I know recovering from it is not a plesant experience.
 
I’m so sorry to hear about your dad’s health condition. I know how difficult and painful it must be for you to see him go through this. Please know that I’ll be praying for him, asking the Lord to touch him with His healing hand and to surround him with His strength and peace. Take comfort in God’s mercy, and remember the words of the apostle James: “The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up...” (James 5:15). May your confidence in God’s grace and goodness increase as you look to Him in faith. Sending hugs & prayers your way!
 
He's starting to feel better a little bit. He's been taking Imodium and nausea pills. He may have to do that for a couple of days which is regrettable.
 
Father God let all these stop and Artsiesteph's dad enjoy a good health. Please heal and bless his body. Lord we agree with this prayer, please bless, in Jesus Holy name, Amen!
