Biblically has God ever used a woman to teach men His truths?

BUT, what has God's word taught you? Not what has everyone posting verses and giving their opinion taught you. What has the study you've done with God's word taught you is the answer?

buuut out of context and if this is gossip im sorry but ill add ive had 2 female bosses in my life in over a dozen jobs

one was fornicating in the building with multiple employees even though she had a boy friend


the other was a part time nudest who ended up getting fired for screaming at clients



oops dont want to lie 3 female bosses

if your talking about direct authority over me

first was a shift leader at dollar general as an unsaved kid....

dated her daughter and we broke up.... our head butting was as much my fault as hers

And in those cases, I would have problems with them being my boss, (except for the Dollar Store boss.) If I have no respect for the boss, it's time to find another job. (Personal opinion, not scriptural.)

This really is a good time to solidify if becoming a teacher/counselor is right for you according to God's word. Even if God tells you Nope or Yeah, you know for you.

Angela learned for her. I learned for me. Same word. Same God. Different answers.

Before we met, hubby had to study whether to leave his first wife because she cheated on him. He studied the word. Same word. Same God. When he studied, God gave him the message, "Stay." Same God. Same word. The second time God said "FLEE!" That's not getting what we want out of God's word. That's God getting us to want what he wants out of his word. It's really cool seeing that in action.

Getting 20,000 across-the-board answers from 10,000 different people on what God's word tells them isn't it. Studying God's word works when we are praying to hear him talking to us.

Nothing said about having authority anywhere to the disciples, to Timothy, to Titus, nowhere. Jesus doesn't want authority used.

What authority is to be seen is that of the Holy Spirit, & not of ourselves.

But the modern church will have you believe they have authority over you. This is false.

with all authority] The word looks back to the ‘authority’ of St Paul’s own commission Titus 1:3, and implies its delegated fulness. So 1 Timothy 1:1, where see note.

It seems to me that Paul is instructing Titus with the authority of his calling.

It reminds me of the multiple times Moses encouraged Joshua..... "be strong & of a good courage".

Would you agree that Paul in a nutshell is encouraging Titus to use the authority of his calling because he may have been a little backward, or passive?

That's how it was in the Garden of Eden, and not much has changed since.

What hogwash! Since when has anywhere near the majority of false teaching come from women? Where does the Bible say that women are more likely to be deceived? All Genesis says is that Eve "was deceived". It says nothing about any other woman on that subject.

Ariel, answer to the OP title question. Absolutely.

A word of caution. Satan calls people to ministry too.

If you are being called of God, you will:

Be able to support your call with contextual scripture. Open your Bible, and pray for God to reveal the scripture.

Have the full, and unconditional support of your immediate family. Discuss every detail with your family. Pray together when an issue arises.

God will provide the material resources for your calling. Pray that he will reveal them to you.

Most important. If you are called, you won't find peace until you answer that call. Just remember, even when you are trampled under the feel of the naysayers, God is always there to lift you up.
