There is no verse or passage in Scripture that says, "10 means a royal appointment"... or even implies it.

I can't remember. Is it water or numbers that always finds its level?
I'm not so sure. Despite what people say, I haven't seen alot of 10s hanging out with 2s. I did see three 3s with a 9 once though.
