Cannot find my paycheck anywhere

Note that I do live with my folks so this isn't dire. But it would mean I was out like $600 and that's not cool.

I've checked my purses, wallets, room, counters, computers, under my bed, in pants pockets, in coat pockets, in my car, everywhere. Still nothing.

Contact your employer payroll and ask them to place a stop on the check and reissue it. They should be able to verify that the funds are still outstanding.
 
That has happened to me also..and it was a CHURCH check! I had just left the secretary's office, got into my car and drove to the bank to deposit it, when it suddenly disappeared from my car. The secretary simply rewrote my check...but the missing one never showed up.

Geesh, Steph, you're ALWAYS losing something. You lost your debit card the other day, though thankfully you found it.. :) Keep looking, it's there somewhere..
 
Sadly losing things in plain sight is part of my life XD. But thank you guys I found it! I had torn my room apart and it ended up being behind my ottoman. I had looked IN the ottoman like ten times but I hadn't looked behind or under it

Years ago I lost something and my little daughter said I would find it where I left it. Sure enough.
