...except for a few farms, probably so the "elite" can still get a real steak. :cautious:

Pat Brown is fighting climate change with his company, Impossible Foods. I'm sure he's totally unbiased about getting rid of farm animals and forcing people to eat his plant-based "meats". I mean, it's not like he'll make money hand over fist if his company forces us to eat his food and bans us from real meat, right? :rolleyes:

Speaking of forcing, tell me this doesn't sound like a threat:

"If you love meat and cheese and fish and milk and all those animal foods, you are not going to be thrilled with the idea of replacing them in your diet...But if someone said you have to replace that steak with a reasonable plant-based alternative, or we turn off your lights, your heat and get rid of your car and public transport, which would you choose?"

Personally, I'd rather go off grid and keep my chickens and goats and garden and ride a freaking bike with my flaring sciatica than be subject to a mandate like that.
But then, I'm stubborn like that.

Funny, the company claims in blind tests that people prefer their "meat" over the real deal. I was skeptical and now even more so.

Not everyone has the same dietary needs. Some people do great as a vegetarian or vegan while others need animal protein. It's not a one size fits all, as the world seems to lately believe and push.

Not to mention, God gave us animals as part of our food source. Not to mention:

"For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him." Romans 14:2-3

If you wanna be under the thumb of Impossible Foods, go for it. That's your prerogative. But we should all be able to choose what we want to eat and not be threatened to eat a certain way "or else!"

"Iron is a vital mineral that’s essential for the function of your body. Two types of it are found in food — heme and non-heme.

Meat, fish and poultry contain the heme form, which is easily absorbed by your body.

Non-heme iron is mainly found in plant foods, but this form is harder for your body to absorb. You can improve your body’s absorption by eating foods containing vitamin C, vitamin A, meat, fish and poultry during your meals."

That is actually funny. Oh, I could be scared or some such, but the totality of stupidity involved in his idea would flounder a Battleship.

The more socialist liberals speak, the more they reveal the uncharted depths of their stupidity IMO

There is great harm in a handful of elites dictating to everyone else what they can or cannot do. That is totalitarianism. Which is evil.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
1Ti 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Eventually they will stop the eating of animals and animal products when there is a one world government and a unified religious system that interprets the Bible, and religions, according to the occult and evolution.

Also they will forbid a man and a woman to marry for population reduction which the antichrist will have no desire of women.

I'm underweight and don't need to lose any weight. I would rather decide for myself what I need or don't need.

It is so hard to understand why rural America is so "pro Trump". This is going to give a whole new definition to "mystery meat". Just to be clear Biden has damaged the US fossil fuel industry for the sake of "climate change" and now they want to devastate our agricultural industry as well? Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences. Not only so inflation is not because of the supply chain or Biden's catastrophic policies, it is because of "corporate greed"? Besides all this it is a good thing for Americans to consume less!

There is no cure for stupid.
