state of war

As China stocks sink, some accuse Morgan Stanley, other foreign forces - MarketWatch

-Panic sets in as Shanghai Composite drops 30pc, $3.7 trillion wiped of China share market despite crackdown
Panic sets in as Shanghai Composite drops 30pc, $3.7 trillion wiped of China share market despite crackdown - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

-Jul 4th, 2015 -The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) is reporting today the Federation
has been informed by the State Council of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC)
that a de facto “State of War” now officially exists between that Asian nation
and the United States of America.

China Warns Russia That “State Of War” Now Exists With United States | EUTimes.net

-The European Union Times is not a tabloid magazine,European Union Times is an international
newspaper based in Europe with operational branches in America and Canada.

According to this report, following the “provisions and protocols” of the 8 May 2015
Russian-Chinese Cyber-Security Agreement that states a signatory to this pact
[that anticipates the outbreak of hostilities] is obligated to immediately inform the other
so that “war preparations” needed to protect critical infrastructure can be undertaken,
the PRC has informed the Federation that these “conditions now exist”.

-8 May 2015 Russian-Chinese Cyber Security Agreement
China-Russia cyber-security pact: Should the US be concerned? | Russia Direct.

The document identifies the key threats to global information security, which both countries intend
to stand against together. These threats include the use of technology “to carry out acts of aggression
aimed at the violation sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of states,” “to interfere in the
internal affairs of states,” to cause economic damage, to commit crimes, including data breach,
for terrorist purposes, or to disseminate information that “harms political and socio-economic systems,
or the spiritual, moral and cultural environment of other states.”

As to the wisdom of the Obama regime attacking the PRC’s financial markets in retaliation for their alleged
hacking of US government servers, this report continues, it appears to be both “juvenile” and “ill timed” as China,
with its holding of over nearly $4 trillion in foreign reserves, compared with the United States $121 billion…
and with China’s citizens having a staggering $21 trillion saved compared to their American counterparts
who have only $614 billion…is more than prepared to retaliate.

And making this situation even more fraught with danger, MoFA experts in this report warn,
in a further response to the Obama regimes attacking them, two senior Chinese military leaders yesterday
called on the People's Liberation Army to beef up its naval capacity and combat readiness amid
a higher risk of “warfare on the doorstep”.

-China blames the U.S. for market losses, and the view as an attack and at “State of War”.
and by this new treaty, China has to tell Russia, so they can make “war preparations”.
we can call it crying wolf , or it be taken serious, like other threats [they have] attacked U.S.

-this is repeat history folks, when a country wants dominance, they secure there back border first,
then turn to there globel plans, and that is what china and russia are doing.

-that just what the artical says-that a de facto “State of War” now officially exists between
that Asian nation and the United States of America,- that this reporting got under the radar.

The two nations, along with Russia, are forming an anti-West power bloc, making it
difficult for the West to deal with Iran’s nuclear program effectively.

The distraction is also welcomed by China. In the South China Sea, the Chinese have been steadily
building their artificial islands—unsinkable aircraft carriers. The move is just the latest and most
extreme move by China to lay claim to the potentially resource-rich and geographically vital region.
On the doorstep of the Philippines and other key U.S. allies in the area, this is an aggressive and
blatant attempt by China to bully its way onto the critical trade region. Thankfully for China, Iran’s n
uclear program represent a far more pressing and attention-grabbing headline. So the islands are
silently rising, and Chinese belligerence goes on

the site of the Chinese project is Mischief Reef. That’s 800 miles from China, but only 150 miles from the
Philippines. China claims ownership of Mischief, but according to the United Nations Convention on the
Law of the Sea, it belongs to the Philippines. It falls well within the Philippines’ 200-nautical-mile e
xclusive economic zone.

China claims ownership of [about 90] percent of the vast South China Sea and is also reclaiming land
on six other disputed reefs. So far, Beijing has created more than 1.5 square miles of landmass on
the reefs. And the operations are increasing, both in pace and scale.

CORRECTED-New images show China's reclamation on Mischief Reef in South China Sea | Reuters

While the new islands will not overturn U.S. military superiority in the region, Chinese workers are building ports and
fuel storage depots as well as possibly two airstrips that experts have said would allow Beijing to project power deep
into the maritime heart of Southeast Asia

China claims [the entire] South China Sea.
Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam also have claims on
a waterway where $5 trillion in ship-borne trade passes annually.

On the new islands, China is building fuel storage facilities, ports, surveillance posts and airstrips. Many experts are
convinced that China’s intentions are to militarize the islands, which would enhance China’s ability to project power in
the region.

James Hardy of ihs Jane’s Defense Weekly said: “We can see that this is a methodical, well-planned campaign to
create a chain of air and sea capable fortresses across the center of the Spratly Islands chain.”

At the current pace, Beijing’s claim of owning the South China Sea could become reality
before anything can be done to challenge it.

that U.S. President Barack Obama is unwilling to confront the Chinese activity with anything beyond
the gentlest rhetoric. Last week, he said that by developing the islands, China “is not necessarily
abiding by international norms and rules and is using its sheer size and muscle to force countries into
subordinate positions.” Not necessarily? Such statements provide no comfort to the Philippines and other
smaller Asian nations. But the idea of being drawn into a conflict with China is nearly too unbearable for
Washington to contemplate. So the most the Obama administration will do is to gingerly chide Beijing, and look the other way.

In January, the advisory panel warned in the public version of its report that the Pentagon is unprepared
to counter a full-scale cyber-conflict. The list of compromised weapons designs is contained in a
confidential version, and it was provided to The Washington Post.

Some of the weapons form the backbone of the Pentagon’s regional missile defense for Asia, Europe
and the Persian Gulf. The designs included those for the advanced Patriot missile system, known
as PAC-3; an Army system for shooting down ballistic missiles, known as the Terminal High Altitude
Area Defense, or THAAD; and the Navy’s Aegis ballistic-missile defense system.

Also identified in the report are vital combat aircraft and ships, including the F/A-18 fighter jet,
the V-22 Osprey, the Black Hawk helicopter and the Navy’s new Littoral Combat Ship, which is designed to patrol waters close to shore.

Not a single reputable source in any mainstream media reporting this.

I suggest you get a mod to move it to the Conspiracy forum, where you can beat this topic to death, without any reference to reality.
china is our friend and will not hurt the U.S. view, belongs to the Conspiracy forum trash bin.

people need to wakeup to reality, is staring us in the face, america has won there last battle..

The real question is, what did China ever done to you, personally?

Don't like China made products? Don't buy them or make it yourself.
Don't like Chinese food? Don't eat Chinese food.
Don't like Chinese culture? Don't get involve in Chinese culture.

You will soon realise you are just marginalizing yourself out and sadly missing a lot of things.

The world is an integrate place. That's how the (world wide web) internet works, that's how economy works etc..
By the way, I have to remind you China has billions of people. If you are going to pick a fight with the whole country, just because of a hand full of people that have "hurt" you in the past, that's just plain silly. Everyone is different, you can't just label everyone as a group. :p

so where have I personally attacked a chinese person?
so where have I stated I want a war with China?
so china has our back, and I am picking a fight with the whole country?

-that Chinese breached data of 4 million federal workers.
was this an attack by chinas gov. , is our country and people being attacked by china?
I have no ill will directed to anyone here or overthere.

what I found interesting was that Russia and China made a security pact,

then China felt they where attacked by U.S., when there stocks went down,

and they informed russia to prepare for war, as per security agreement,

because they are planning something, and knows Obama will let it happen.

this quiet message to russia from china, was not to proclaim to U.S. they where at war with us,

we will know when they have declaired flat out war with us, but it will be too late by then.

all we have to do is see by there fruits, and China and Russia are at a state of war with U.S.
