I feel like that everyday. I will say a prayer for God to ease your anxiety and refresh your energy level.
I guess you need to run down the list of usual problems that cause this kind of thing.. Diet.. Lack of sunshine.. ect..

Oh I am so sorry, maybe a shory walk in nature with God might help. I say that because it helps me me when i am feeling this way. Lord, in Jesus name, please help Milee, give her strength and comfort of You Lord.

Milee, raying that you be filled with energy and peace. When you start to feel anxious, I reccomend praying for others, reading His word or singing worship songs to yourself. These are some things that have helped me in the past.
