If one could look at the Tabernacle both inside and outside from above...and there are many websites that show this....you will see the Cross outline.

I would venture then that the Cross shape was what Yeshua was crucified on. And symbolically? Could the "tree" represent the tree of knowledge of good and evil? That tree that caused all the problems in the beginning?

I think the "tree" represents the other tree from Paradise, the tree of life. In my faith, we say that the cross is saint and life-giving. But, you´re right, the cross has been prefigurated in the Old Testament through symbols, metaphors etc. and it has been sanctified by the Saint Blood of Jesus Christ.

See especially Moses lifting up the brass snake on a pole Num 21:8 and also Exd 17:11,12 "And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun."

Both these illustrate a 'T' shaped configuration.

Yes. Another prefiguration of the cross (or Jesus Christ sacrifice) is in Gen. 22, 2-12 when Isaac, son of Abraham, carries the woods for his own sacrifice.

The ANTI-CHRIST is appearing, and he is not allowed to copy Jesus scars in his hands, God wont let him put on fake scars in his hands

so his other option is to change the cross and the nails in his hand

so that he can still pretend to be the fake christ without being exposed

ANTI christ will appear and look JUST LIKE JESUS, healing and making cripples walk and speaking beatituteds and will fool everyone except those who believe the Bible

the Bible says cross
even thomas was told to put his finger in the holes in his hands and feet
it was a cross

the discussion of a torture stake is from the devil to try and cover up the fact that the coming antichrist is not the real christ

for this same Jesus whom you saw go up into heaven with scars in his hands and feet and forhead will come again in like manner with scars in hands and feet and forehead

do not be decieved by the false antichrist

if they say he is in the desert go not there!
if he is on TV do not watch it!

when Jesus comes it will be like a supernova,
you wont need a TV to see it.

remember
the FALSE ANTICHRIST COMES BEFORE THE TRUE

so the first one, you can ignore and tell every one it is SAtan in disgues walking around telling people he changed Gods law

if he says he changed Gods law
it is the devil
only the devil tries to change Gods laws.

Warning.......Remember these things study them for yourself.

Deu 21:22
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

Deu 21:23
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

Act 5:30
The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.

The law mentioned is directly related to how the Innocent died for us, given a little thought.

This is not intended to answer the post, rather it should expand upon it.

The word used in Hebrew is "etz or עץ" and may be translated as tree or wood.

you know that's a very good question. I am not sure anyone really knows. The Bible says he died on a Stauros which in the Strong's is defined as a stake. It also says hung on a tree which came from the word xylon. I guess we will have to wait till the reign of Christ to find out for sure.

Come, let us be reasonable. We who believe Yeshua, also believe He fulfilled all Scripture. Therefore when He was accused and sentenced, He died according to the law cited, as prescribed, on a tree, or, on wood.

All prophecy concerning our Lord was written in Hebrew, ergo, because we all believe Jesus fulfilled all that was written about Him, we know He was crucified on a tree or on wood to fulfill all righteousness. It is difficult, if not impossible to imagine the first teachers of converts from the nations or the Jews referencing Holy Scriptures in Greek, although they may have spoken in Greek when needed. Their Holy Scriptures were Hebrew. (I know there was some Aramaic also.)

Being innocent, immaculately so, He died for us who are the ones who deserved it. Jesus is so good to all of us, even to those who hate Him.

Yahusha, the One the world mistakenly calls Jesus did not die on the cross. This was an error started by Jerome when he translated the Latin Vulgate. He translated the Greek word stauros to the Latin word crux, instead of the Latin word stauro, which is exactly the same as the Greek word stauros. This error has been propagated throughout Christianity. When according to the Catholic Church Constantine prayed to God and received the sign of the cross which said conquer in this sign. Constantine was actually praying to his sun god Apollo. If you want to read a more in depth study of this read the article "Is the Cross a Lie?" at this address https://kenneth-mcintire.squarespace.com/is-the-cross-a-lie

I do not call myself a Christian, I am a follower of the Way. Yahusha Messiah said "I am the Way the Truth and the Life no man comes to the Father but through Me. The early believers called themselves "Followers of the Way" as seen in Acts chapter 9 verse 1 and 2 "But Sha'ul, still breathing threats and murder against the taught ones of the Master, having come to the high priest, asked from him letters to the congregations of Damascus, so that is he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, to bring them bound to Yerushalayim.

According to one authority, the Greek word (stau•ros´) rendered “cross” in the King James Version “denotes, primarily, an upright pale or stake. [It is] to be distinguished from the ecclesiastical form of a two beamed cross….The latter had its origin in ancient Chaldea, and was used as the symbol of the god Tammuz.” Far from being idolized, the instrument on which Jesus was impaled should be viewed with revulsion.

Most Bible translations say Christ was “crucified” rather than “impaled.” This is because of the common belief that the torture instrument upon which he was hung was a “cross” made of two pieces of wood instead of a single pale, or stake. Tradition, not the Scriptures, also says that the condemned man carried only the crossbeam of the cross, called the patibulum, or antenna, instead of both parts. In this way some try to avoid the predicament of having too much weight for one man to drag or carry to Golgotha.

Consider what the Bible writers themselves say about these matters. They used the Greek noun stau•ros´ 27 times and the verbs stau•ro´o 46 times, syn•stau•ro´o (the prefix syn, meaning “with”) 5 times, and a•na•stau•ro´o (a•na´, meaning “again”) once. They also used the Greek word xy´lon, meaning “wood,” 5 times to refer to the torture instrument upon which Jesus was nailed.

Stau•ros´ in both the classical Greek and Koine carries no thought of a “cross” made of two timbers. It means only an upright stake, pale, pile, or pole, as might be used for a fence, stockade, or palisade. Says Douglas’ New Bible Dictionary of 1985 under “Cross,” page 253: “The Gk. word for ‘cross’ (stauros; verb stauroo . . . ) means primarily an upright stake or beam, and secondarily a stake used as an instrument for punishment and execution.”

The fact that Luke, Peter, and Paul also used xy´lon as a synonym for stau•ros´ gives added evidence that Jesus was impaled on an upright stake without a crossbeam, for that is what xy´lon in this special sense means. (Acts 5:30; 10:39; 13:29; Galations 3:13; 1 Peter 2:24) Xy´lon also occurs in the Greek Septuagint at Ezra 6:11, where it speaks of a single beam or timber on which a lawbreaker was to be impaled.

An accurate translation, therefore, faithfully conveys to the reader this basic idea of the Greek text by rendering stau•ros´ as “torture stake,” and the verb stau•ro´o as “impale,” that is, to fasten on a stake, or pole. In this way there is no confusion of stau•ros´ with the traditional ecclesiastical crosses. The matter of one man like Simon of Cyrene bearing a torture stake, as the Scriptures say, is perfectly reasonable, for if it was 15 cm (6 in.) in diameter and 3.5 m (11 ft) long, it probably weighed little more than 45 kg (100 lb).-Mark 15:21.

Our wonderful Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross at Calvary.

Matthew 27:32
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.

Mark 15:21

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

21 And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross.

Luke 23:26

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

26 And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus.

John 19:17-31

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: 18 where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.
19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS. 20 This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin. 21 Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews. 22 Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. 24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.
25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! 27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.
28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. 29 Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth. 30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

1 Corinthians 1:17-18

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
