Folks -- don't be too quick to discount the value of knowledge or the effort of a brother or sister who is only trying to help you become more aware of the truth about the "workings" of the devil in our world today. Yes - a lot of things can certainly be ( and some have been ) "blown all out of proportion"; however, many of the things "discovered" about Walt Disney - the man, the company, and its productions - have undeniably been proven as true. Be careful not to "react in denial" before you have had a good opportunity to make your own investigation of the validity of these things.
Yes - it can be for some too much of a distraction if they become "obsessed" with "conspiratorial" issues. However, for some others - who are not "obsessed" by any means - but, rather - are concerned about the truth of these issues - enough to research them and - because they care about others - report their findings to them in the hope that it will help those others to be better prepared and make better decisions with regard to these issues that affect the lives of those they love.
I applaud a well-informed decision such as this one seems to be:
And, yes - it needs to be a well-informed decision -- not a reaction that comes from fear, hysteria, or whatever -- but, rather -- based on pertinent knowledge and the personal commitment of individuals in following principles - especially, biblical ones.
Don't be too quick to "shoot down" others for caring enough to try to help you become "better equipped" Christians in these end times.
There is a great deal about Disney that the absolute majority of the population does not have any clue about -- such that -- if they did, many / most would boycott forever anything having to do with Disney.
A lot of things in this world have a nice 'face' on it while at the same time have a deep-dark-secret behind that face that is "pure evil"...
And, most of you have no idea just how many 'things' in this world actually fit into that statement.
Sorry to "burst your bubble" -- but, Satan has a whole lot going on - right under your nose - that you know nothing about...

Because, you are not "paying attention" to the world you live in. You are not properly 'discerning' what scripture is telling you with regard to the End Times Scenario.
Satan has you so "caught up" in the "worldly way" that you cannot "step back" far enough to see what is really going on.
And -- unless you decide to "care more" and "ignore less" -- you will not know about or understand it until God shows it to you one day.
The choice is yours.
Don't be someone who -- being "caught in the matrix" - and - having been given an opportunity to be "unplugged" from it ( a THE MATRIX movie reference ) - so that you can clearly see the "stark reality" about the world you live in -- rejects it with apathy and ignorance.
( If the shoe doesn't fit, don't complain. I am only referring to those individuals who "nay-say" stuff like this while completely "turning a blind eye" to it in ignorance because they don't want to face the truth of it. )
The things about Disney that the OP is referring to are 'agenda' based - and very deliberate. They did not happen merely by 'accident'.
Walt Disney was a genius who knew how to relate to ordinary people with a generous heart.
I went through about 100 pictures of disney exploits with my brother ranging from old productions like the little mermaid to new productions like frozen. It was a well calculated and informed decision

The funny thing about conspiracies is that nestled in amongst the mountains of BS that make them up, there is a nugget here and there that has some credibility, and it's *just enough* to keep people looking into and digging through the festering sewer of the Internet looking for things to reinforce the belief in *whatever* conspiracy is of interest at the time.
I spent nearly a decade diving down rabbit holes in the fetid underbelly of conspiracy theory websites and websites that look like they were created in 1995 to find info on the conspiracies that interested me. It took that decade to realize it's an addiction like getting hooked on soap operas, and like 'soaps - it's just a way to busy the mind that pays no dividends.

I am *still* waiting for the smoking gun evidence that 9/11 was an inside job, and I am *still* waiting for the aliens to show up and help us all ascend to the 5th dimension or higher plane of existence. If you are mining for Gold expect to sieve through alot of dirt. I was disappointed to see flat earth proofs in this conspiracy forum. Flat earth is a psyop designed to split and discredit the truth movement but they can wonder at flat earth in a fema camp because they take their eye off the ball. Not sure what is going on with nirbiru (its a low priority tbh) but I found summerian history interesting about a 10th planet. as for 9/11 it was a catalyst to gear up the populace for illegal wars and oil that wouldnt have supported otherwise aka a fallse flag operation. My favorite thing about conspiracy theories is how it makes people behave. If someone doesn't drink your particular brand of conspiracy, you can just call them a "shill", accuse them of being a "sheep", and tell them they are still "asleep". It's perfect. It allows people to speak with absolute authority without any real proof whatsoever, and it always brings out the most colorful behavior in its adherents.
I still like reading the theories. They're entertaining, and for some of them, the dots people had to somehow connect together to weave the narrative is fascinating.

The problem with branding folk sheep or sheeple is that the attitude is no better than the elites who have set up the paradigm hence no better than the elites. as GaryA put it from the matrix movies that some can and some cant be unplugged. Even when the individual can be unplugged it isn't an easy process.

I wish I could get research funding to carry out a research study on a couple of the biggest conspiracy message boards like GLP and ATS. Those places are wonderful little microcosms of behavior and would make a fascinating research study for a social science researcher.

The parallel resemblance of the storyline of THE MATRIX to our reality is uncanny. In fact, while I cannot recommend the movie as a good clean Christian show to watch ( it is filled with language, violence, etc. ), I do recommend it as a good "wake up to reality" show to watch. If you watch it, try to understand the full significance of the scene(s) where Morpheus is telling Neo about the 'true' reality.
Is it not true that Christians are trying to "wake up" lost souls to the truth; yet - until they wake up ( and, sometimes after - that is in the movie too ), they are our enemy?

Satan has many servants he makes rich and famous for using their music, movies, and even the news to promote his mayhem...while taking souls. Crafty isn't he? We do need to be awake and paying attention...to protect our own hearts and minds as well as the people we love.
