I think democrats pose a grave danger to democrats. Of course, I think anyone who obsesses excessively about politics is as danger to themselves-regardless of party affiliation.
Locutus is ate up, OCD and mental over the US and Trump. Another freedom hater. You have to be a loose screw to hate freedom.

Yes it's apartheid Mrs. Offenwronger. View attachment 195695
Not wrong, here's ten reasons why not...

1. All people living in Israel have full equal rights. -

There are no inferior or second-class citizens, unlike non-whites in South Africa or minorities in Islamic or Arab countries. Moreover, Arabs occupy senior positions on the Israeli police force, the Knesset and the Israeli judiciary. South Africans living under apartheid could only dream of obtaining these types of positions.

2. An Arab judge, George Karra, sentenced an ex-Israeli president Moshe Katsav to prison for seven years.

When an Arab judge sentences a former Israeli president to jail -- this is truly a testament to Israel's equality amongst all citizens, regardless of race or ethnicity.

3. In 1953, the Bantu Education Act was passed.

This separated blacks from whites in the South African educational system. The government created a new curriculum for black people in which they were taught skills related to manual labour and serving in their Bantustans. In Israel, citizens are given equal opportunity in the workplace and educational department as evidenced by the fact that there are Palestinians and Arabs in Israeli universities who both study and teach as professors.

4. Incitement to racism is a criminal offence in Israel.

This is the polar opposite of apartheid in South Africa, whose government specifically passed incendiary racist legislation.

5. Arabs and Israelis receive the same treatment in hospitals.

The Hadassah Medical Organization which operates two hospitals in Jerusalem, was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize due to its push for peace in the Middle East and its equal treatment of Palestinians and Israelis. Furthermore, Arab and Israeli children are born amongst each other in the same hospitals.Even during Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, Palestinians receive top-of-the-line treatment in Israeli hospitals

Well, when I see who has signed up for the POTUS on the Dims side, it scares me to think one of them could possibly win.

Pocahontas is a nut job
HilLIARly(I think she tosses her hat in the ring once more) is a cruel Jezebel
Kamala is a Cali with every screw loose in her brain
Booker is a race baiter from Jersey
Old man Bernie is a Christ hating socialist

Last five...

6. Non-whites in South Africa had separate amenities.

These include hospitals, beaches, buses, restrooms, drinking fountains and even designated park benches to sit on. None of this discrimination is prevalent in Israel and a law prohibits discrimination in public places.

7. Israeli Arabs have their own political parties in the Knesset -- some of whom are Israel's harshest critics.

The Joint List is an example of this. They received 13 seats in the 2015 Israeli election. Furthermore Arabs have equal voting rights, whereas coloured people during apartheid were not allowed to participate in the political process.

8. Arab citizens are allowed to seek redress through the courts and government if they feel they have been wronged.

Arab citizens also receive trial based on the facts, not ethnicity. This is nothing compared to apartheid South Africa, where discrimination was authorized from the highest position in the government.

9. Arabs in Israel have more fundamental rights than other Islamic and Arab countries in the Middle East.

Ironically, they have more rights than they do in the Gaza Strip or the West Bank.

10. In Israel, there are 1.6 million Arab citizens integrated within Israeli society.

They make up 20 per cent of Israel's population. There was no such integration in South Africa. Furthermore, according to a poll done by Harvard University, 77 per cent of Arab citizens living in Israel would rather live there than any other country in the world. If these citizens were experiencing "apartheid," why are so many of them supportive of Israel?

Arabs have the right to move freely, vote, obtain an education, work in prominent positions, receive world-class health care, own land and speak freely. Blacks in South Africa had none of these rights. -- Huff Post

Palestine is a territory and they are definitely occupied.

The real irony here is that most likely the present day Israelis are not even from the Biblical bloodline of Abraham but most likely converts from from the East European Khazars, and are not Semite.

As well the Palestinians could be more Semite than Israelis

It's not a country,it cannot be occupied according to international law. The lands are disputed, not occupied.

The interpretation of international law is always political.

Montevideo Convention of 1933 Palestine has satisfied these provisions and therefore qualifies to be a state.

From a biblical point of view the whole argument of the "right of return" is indeed problematic.

Mr. Locutus what does this mean?

Are you referring to the fact they are always in the hallways with coffee in the hands?

The majority of Jews/Muslims in the ME want peace. However, there is an evil streak of die-hards, who want to wipe Israel off the map. Palestine won't accept Israel as a nation and with this in mind, Israelis must be on guard.
Terrorists have been digging tunnels to Israeli cities and setting off actual balloons with bombs attached on them going toward Israel.
Anyone who doubts who's side God is on should watch 'Against all odds' a series about absolute miracles God protected Jewish soldiers/rabbis/people with, that are like the miracles in the Bible.
It's somewhat akin to the IRA and the fight with the Brits in Northern Ireland.

No, I'm thinking analogous to the GOP Tea party.

UG - I found a set of the Encyclopedia Judaica 1971 for sale on Kijiji in Toronto for $300 - bit pricey, but it would be interesting to find that section I posted earlier from it as that does not show up on the later online searchable volumes.

Not recognized as a country and cannot be occupied. Again the land is disputed land. The Bible backs Israel even more so. Sorry we're not going to find common ground on this one.

No probably not, just know that all This politics and human tragedy will ultimately turn on the Christians, the false Jews living in Israel are planning on it, the Noahide laws are in place and are ready to be used against us.

9Look at those who belong to the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews but are liars instead. I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and they will know that I love you.

A deep dive into a study of international relations, geopolitics and history would need to be done before one can make such a definitive statement.

That's debatable from a theological perspective - the tribes (and I state tribes rather than the modern day "Jews" who are of questionable ancestry) only had a right to the land under Torah, and that right was based on obedience to the Torah which is no longer in effect as it passed away according to Hebrews.

The zionists were/are atheists, so even if the old covenant promises were still in effect the atheists would not qualify as they aren't obedient.

Neh 1:9 but if you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them, though those of you who have been scattered were in the most remote part of the heavens, I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place where I have chosen to cause My name to dwell.’

The facts are the majority of those that occupied the land were and still are atheists who neither repented and keep the commandments.

There is no biblically mandated conditions for a return to the land in disobedience.

They could live together in peace, except for the fact the devil is at hand there and a sect will b against Israel's survival right up to the return of Jesus. There are more wars prophesied for sure.

The Jews have been blinded for a time. They are still the apple of His eye and He has His hand on Israel.
