Yes we all sin, so not sinless. If we call sin as you are doing just some sort of naughtiness then you don't understand sin.
Let me give you an example.... Man 1 is a Christian and Man 2 is not.
Say Man 1, told a lie at work or he took a pen without permission (stealing), he is sinning.
Man 2, told a lie at work and he also took a pen without permission (stealing), he is sinning
Now you seem to say that there is a difference in that act of sin..nope there sure isn't..not in the act itself. That's why I say you don't understand sin..if you think man 1's is a different act from man 2's which is what you are saying.
