Lol I'll argue they're not proven and they're just lies. Pretty obvious lies too. Statistics are major lies meant to drive opinion rather than reflect it. Unless you poll every single person I'm calling it a lie. As for Psychology, modern psychology has a lot more in common with pagans than the Bible. No surprises there that all the major founders of modern psychology are atheists and new agers. So no, I will not accept them, I will call them liars as well. Science falsely so-called is so full of heretics by their bones turn to dust and may their institutions fold in on themselves in rust.
I disagree...Jesus' life was a master class in good mental health.

There are many things that Jesus emulated in the scriptures as far as mental health. Many of them science is just beginning to grasp.

Lol I wouldn't call it emulations. Jesus made the mind after all, so he would know about all its great workings. Science falsely so-called is just full of heresy. Its a method the heretics use to speak evil against the truth, but really all they do is testify to their own unbelief in the Bible. Consider as mentioned earlier by Utah they say homosexuality is the new normal, and even as mentioned on another thread, now they are coming around to justifying pedophilia. Well how do they justify these absurd claims? They justify this with their false science of psychology! That is their justification for why sexual abuse is normal and should even be protected by law. See you let in just a little heresy and then suddenly the whole lump is leavened.

1. They simply take these terms like "hateful", "racial", and "misogynist", and redefine them however they please.

They redefine all terms to suit their agenda.

We could give endless examples.

* The left has redefined "hateful" to mean anyone who disagrees with them... even if THEY are kicking that person in the face for no reason. (Really happens.)

* The left has redefined the word "racist" so that it's impossible for anyone in a minority to be a racist.

* The left has redefined "misogyny" so it DOES NOT apply to muslims who abuse women horribly under sharia law.

2. We DO need to take this seriously, not on a moral level, but on a societal and legal level.

These are real social issues, which, with enough support, become legal issues.

As stupid as it sounds to just redefine simple words... it's really happening.
Yes! It's called BRAIN WASHING fellow believers!!! Where do you think brain washing comes from? God? Come on...Wake up! It's the devil trying to steal as many souls as he can!

Capitalism bad, socialism good;
Christianity bad, islam good;
Homosexuality is the new normal;
God doesn't exist.

They don't, because they don't realize they are worshiping nothingness. That doesn't mean they do not blow stuff up...

.........except that........the U.S. Government has stated that atheism is a religion, and subject to the same Constitutional protections/rights as all other religions........

No. Or to put it in SAT testing terms:

atheism is to religion as

vacuum is to air.

Free speech has been under threat since mankind began to inhabit the earth.......Post Eden........

It just seems like it is worse these days, however, if one studies World History just a wee bit, they will find unbelievable acts of horror that took place to silence people.........

For the most part, atheists' full attention is upon Christianity, with a few sprinkles of Judaism. Other than that they hardly, if ever, pay no mind to other faiths, religions or views. Why? Because in they're heart of hearts they know Jesus is Truth.

You mean the same gov't that now defines marriage to include relationships between a man and a man, or a woman and a woman? The same gov't that is contemplating legislation to guarantee transgenders equal protection under the law? I'm not sure that I put much stock in the U.S. government's wisdom when it comes to such things.

Why shouldn't I have protection under the law? They are entitled to the same rights and privileges as any other tax-paying citizen

I'm not sure whether you're saying that you are an atheist or transgender. (Sorry, I'm relatively new to CC and just don't know.)

But in either case my answer would be "no". I don't think people who classify themselves as either atheist or transgender should be accorded equal protection under the law. Personally, I would try not to show bias towards either type of these people. And there should be laws in place to prevent hate crimes against them. But I just don't think atheism or transgender tendencies rise to the level of Constitutionally protected classes such as gender and race. /jmho

The mere fact that someone pays their tax obligations does not give them the right to have legislation enacted on their part. Thirty year old men who live in their mothers' basements and play video games all day also pay taxes (to the extent they have earnings). Should they be accorded equal protection under under the law?

Actually that was a typo for some reason everytime I say they, my microphone hears i..... 30 year old guys in their mother's basement...yes they should have the same rights as any other citizen.
So in a nutshell you think only Christians should have rights.
