Mocking is done in a light-hearted and jovial way, it is a form of being accepted, if you like.
It is very hard to express this "Australianism" when typing in a chat forum. However, I assure you that my intentions are pure.
I have many American friends who were initially shocked when confronted with the "real" Australia. However, all of them readily accepted it when they understood the sublimity and context of it.
The British are very similar to us, (understandably), which is the reason we incessantly tease each other during sporting events etc..

I have found people who get offended when people say something wrong either don't believe in moral absolutes or maybe they have been convicted by it and its angers them that someone else is reminding them. I think that's partly the point she's making. As I said earlier, I think it's a very human story about people's attraction towards depravity. I don't think she's trying to promote it; if she were then she'd try and imply that such things were good. But she doesn't.

I just read this quote at "GoodFight" from the scumbag Al Gore, of the NWO's propaganda machine:
