"Repent or else." Obviously its wrong what the people did to the guy holding the sign, but was the man holding the sign in the right? He is presenting the gospel as a threat, "repent or else." That is not the Good News, or the way it should be presented. Jesus didn't come to condemn the world, but save it. He's pulling out an ultimatum instead of a life line. Its not "repent or else" its "Jesus loves you" or "God doesn't condemn you." That would make them come over and say, "Whats this no condemnation about? All the Christians over there say god hates me and I'm going to hell." Present them the love of God, His goodness, not wrath and judgement. The world has already been JUDGED! Its at the cross people, and Jesus took the sins of the world! That is why the Holy Spirit doesn't convict them of their sins, but sin, in the singular. What is that sin? Disbelief in Jesus Christ and His finished work! God loves homosexuals and God loves you. That's grace and that's the Gospel.
If God loved homosexuals he would not have sent his punishment on them. Sometimes I get tired of the constant manipulation of God to be politically correct. The truth don't need to be white washed.
How many homosexuals do you know? Are they all like that or is it SOME? (I know far more then you are likely to ever know and that is not true of all)
By the way where is the SAME COMPASSION that Christ showed you? If not for God's MERCY you all would end up in the VERY SAME PLACE. The end result for all sin is to be cast INTO the the lake of fire.

Abraham was liar,Moses was murderer,David was an adulterer,a murderer and then he tried to use deception to cover up his sins. The disciples were all cowards,Peter denied the Lord three times. Jonah wanted Nineveh to be destroyed,which is why he didn't want to go. Then he has the gall to rebuke the Lord for SHOWING MERCY to Nineveh. (Remember Nineveh was extremely wicked) And to top it all off the man who wrote the biggest portion of the Bible was a MASS MURDERER. You think maybe God is trying to tell us something? Do you think was telling so clearly that God's way is LOVE and MERCY?
Some days the attitude that comes from many is "We don't want your kind in heaven with us,because you are UNCLEAN" which is nothing more then the very attitude that the Pharisees had.

If most would get through their head that THEY too are the Samaritan woman,the woman caught in adultery,the thief on the cross,the people from Nineveh,etc and they would treat homosexuals in the same many more of them would be saved,because they would see Jesus in the lives of the believers,and the NOT the hypocrisy that is way too often seen by them. (That is the biggest reason why most of them have a problem with so called Christians that DO NOT show the love of Christ)

I would think that we Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's. Matthew 22:21. In these cases, when a company opens its doors to a business, they are open to the public. There is no sign on the door restricting their services to only Christians or to just the sect the owner wishes to serve. They serve all. In the U.S.A it's the law, and unless the patron is being disruptive or can't pay for their service, the owner doesn't have a right to refuse their service.
It's understandable that a Christian owner might not want to serve a wedding cake to a gay couple but the argument that their lifestyle is something the Christian disagrees with is not grounds according to LAW. The Christian owner made that pact with the government when he opened his store for service.

Exactly. Homosexuals sought to deprive them of their freedom of speech which is a human right under natural law and a Constitutionally protected right by assaulting them... behavior which is the very antithesis of tolerance.
Homosexuals speak of tolerance, liberty, etc... except with regard to those who exercise an opinion they find objectionable. Then they seek to use the government to severely persecute them, have them fired from their job, etc... if they don't just outright physically assault them first.
There is nothing tolerant about homosexuals in my observations when it comes to those who do not share their views.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with your broad generalization here, it smacks of the same error as the homosexual community painting all of Christianity with the broad brush of Westborough Baptist.
I've known my share of persons who were active in the homosexual lifestyle in my years and by far most of them were content to quietly live their lives without being activists for the agenda that is being shoved down society's throat. Those that I've known were aware of my personal convictions but they were also aware that although I didn't agree with their moral choices, that I didn't think of them as a lesser person than myself.

The homosexuals I've encountered are malicious, immoral, selfish people who would happily use the government to imprison and bankrupt you while sending the most hateful threats and harassing your vendors if you owned a small business and refused to facilitate a homosexual event or see you fired from your position if you expressed a viewpoint contradictory to their own.
The ones you've encountered may be living quietly and politely but they punch holes in cards in the voting booth to severely persecute Christians and their families who won't violate God's morality and facilitate immorality when ordered to do so.

Assumptions that you CAN NOT prove by many of the people I know. Many are actually quite conservative in politics. Many do not like the gay agenda.
That's pretty well what I have run into as well. Those who I know that are homosexual aren't shouting on the rooftops about it. They live normal lives, and are usually annoyed by loud mouthed activists.

I have never knowingly met such a homosexual as you describe and though I believe statistically that there are a small percentage of people who choose to engage in homosexual acts that vote against the homosexual agenda they are the exception not the rule.
