Here's the problem: some of what you share is NOT truth. Somehow you've been mislead into thinking certain things are true which are demonstrably false. If you have integrity, you will go back to the Lord and ask further. If you are stubborn, you will persist in your error.

In the New Testament, Scribes, Pharisees and the Jews are the one who saying our Lord Jesus Christ is wrong but they never present what is the Truth because there is no Truth on them.
Our Lord Jesus is sharing what is the Truth and he doesn't judge anyone. The real followers of Christ is doing the same.
JOHN 12:47
47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

Sometimes this is true, yes.

Sorry, this is a bit too cynical for me. A religious leader is not great because he refuses tithes, like Paul. And someone is not a legitimate religious leader only because he is a *great* leader. Some very low level leaders in small churches are still "leaders."

Yes, it's too harsh. We can judge by appearances, and grow critical because of small flaws in the leadership. They need time to refine their ministry as much as any Christian needs patience to grow. Some of your criticism I see as valid, however.

Claims of cynicism aside, the history of the institutional model is well known for being man-made. Paul did indeed mention the itinerant minister receiving of the Gospel, but the local elders are not said to make their living off the people to whom they ministered. The modern pastor lacks any real job description that makes any mention of Aristotilian Rhetoric most call the "sermon" to a perpetual audience. It's understood that some people have a brain aneurism when hearing that because of the limited scope of their understanding of church history and the scriptures, but it is what it is. Religiosity will always defend itself against even constructive criticisms. It hasn't changed much in hundreds of years. The sheeple are still nothing more than a mere audience in the main gathering, and that's what they want and what they pay for. Blessedly we are not required to attend nor support such a mere model.

Quoting one verse doesn’t make your case. Jesus’ purpose in the first century was not to judge, but He will judge both the living and the dead (2 Tim 4:1).

Do your homework and stop making premature conclusions.

This is just your "religious" opinion, although we do have limited agreement. In a tme of reilgious decline, the pastoral leadership can become a "professional ministry" more than a "spiritual ministry." We might call them "hirelings," because the leadership lacks a personal intimacy with God and draws upon his or her education more than upon the Spirit of God.

But to divide "local leadership" from some other kind of leadership that you consider acceptable flies in the face of the whole concept of the OT tithe. That was given to help support legitimate ministries, which God determines and not you.

There is no distinction between "local ministries" and other ministries. The idea is to support financially those recognized as legitimate ministries that God has endorsed without the requirement of perfection.

The indicator is whether the "rod buds," such as what happened with Aaron's rod. In other words, is there indication God is operating on behalf of the ministry or not?

Leadership is not defined by degrees and having been hired by some selection committee in some institutional church organization, nor is it defined by denominational affiliations, endorsements, education or anything else that stands in contrast to leadership of biblical stature. We are in agreement that some of the men in the institutional model are of biblical stature, but many are not. The increasing criticisms for the ineffectiveness of churches coming from many of the parachurch organizations is itself telling.

I do get your point, and appreciate your input.

You need a good teacher.
You're living in a typical way of thinking of young believers.

Pray in Jesus name that God gives you a pastor teacher who can teach sound doctrine.
98% of the teachers out there are weak in understanding and will appeal to your emotions with a fine sounding (but false) argument.

I do not know if this pastor's approach will be right for your liking, but he is one excellent teacher.
He was retired military, so he won't be sweet and gentle like some demand having.

His ministry will not ask for money.
But if it is in-depth teaching you are looking for?
Pastors have used him for their study material.

It is some of the very best teachings I have found in my 45 years of study.

Give it a shot?

Who is the Good Teacher?

Yes, I agree Our Lord Jesus is The Good Teacher only.
So, if you only trust the Lord as your Teacher, why is it that you believe so many things that are demonstrably incorrect?

Perhaps your "teacher" isn't the Lord, but some other entity pretending to be the Lord.

Do you hear voices teaching you?

No voices to hear.

Jesus teaches through his words by divine revelation.
REVELATION 19:13
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
And the word of God is in the Bible.

The reason why the different denominations in Christianity today despite they study 5 to 10 years and the only book they study is the Holy Bible. But we can't deny the Truth. After they learned they have different doctrines and ways of salvation.
It is because there was no humbleness for them. Without man's humbleness Jesus couldn't teach.

In the New Testament. When the Truth is being shared by Jesus Christ, the Jews whom claimed that their God is the God of Abraham but they rejected the words coming from our Lord Jesus.
This is what Lord Jesus said to his disciples
.JOHN 15:18-19
18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Don't delude yourself by concluding that because you face resistance that you are on the right track.

Jesus is God, and He was not wrong.

You are not God, and you are wrong... about a few things.

Your assistance is not a big deal. Because the real followers of Jesus experienced more resistance and it just normal.
Even our Lord Jesus himself experienced more assistance that is why they crucified him.
ACTS 2:13-15
13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

Jesus was telling this to his disciple and not to himself.

With your quote Jesus is God, and He was not wrong. It appears you don't recognize the real Jesus recognized by the Apostles.

If Jesus is just a God how do you reconcile this verse when he said, God is Good and himself is not Good?
LUKE 18:18-19
18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

Are you saying to me... That you will not learn from any teachers the Lord has given the gift to teach His Church?
That you only learn directly from Jesus?

Is that what you are saying to everyone here able to read your posts?
