Oh you mean the apostles who were full time students 24hr a day with Jesus for 3 years, to whom they and they alone it was told, they didn't need man to teach them?
or do you mean you yourself, who didn't know anything unless a man wrote down the letter n the gospel and another man preached and taught it to you, after it was taught to you?
does "go and make disciples" mean to go blindly exhorting ignorance? is that what it really means to be a "disciple" - - to spurn discipline?
The disciples were not full time student. They also a job for living same as Jesus Christ since they followed Jesus way.
Like Paul is a tentmaker same as them. Then they only share the truth during Sabbath Day which is the equivalent today is Sunday.
ACTS 18:3-5
3 And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers.
4 And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
5 And when Silas and Timotheus were come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ.
