It doesn't say Ham uncovered his father's nakedness. It says Noah got sloppy drunk and got naked. I'm sure he's not the first person that's happened to.
Not Ham, Canaan. Ham either saw it happening or saw the after effects of it. Canaan is the guilty one.

No. Sometimes it speaks plainly and sometimes things are hidden in parable or other means.
