That is the outcome of using an incorrect definition of the word perfect. You are applying it in an English context where in the scripture it has a Greek context which is more specific yet accounts for more variables. The English translation drifts from the original intent.I guess the question has no definite answer.
Or, perhaps, it has two answers: 1. The gifts remain today -or- 2. The gifts have ceased.
It makes more sense, to me, that the gifts remain and "perfection" is not reached until Heaven.
No problem since it's only three signs that ended not all the gifts.
