We were deployed April 7th as part of the essential services group in our area. I didn't even get to log out here when we got the call to head out to the pick up spot. Gone for weeks. Missed you guys. :love:
That experience as to just how fast things can go left was a real eye-opener. As was working on the road all these weeks. That's why I can tell you, fresh air, sunshine, a positive attitude always of course, and lots of fresh water. Boost your immune system with healthy eating too. And supplements if a health food store near you is open.
Staying inside all the time can make things worse. God be with you.

I hear you my dude. I have a job so fortunately I’m ok outside world wise, but I still is a bit more constructed than before.
