The image of God is an innocent nature in flesh.

Which Jesus came in the image of God.

In the Old Testament Adam was made in the image of God.

The New Testament says Adam was made in the figure of Christ.

The image of God is the image of Christ.

God created Adam in the image that He would show in the future an innocent nature in flesh.

When Adam sinned he fell out of the image of God.

And no person was in the image of God until the man Christ Jesus was born.

And then all people led by the Spirit abstaining from sin which a Spirit led person will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

Which a person will not be led of the Spirit unless they are willing to give up sin and do good.
Would you say this is equivalent to the 'Mind of Christ'?

All of humanity was created in the image of God, which means with God-consciousness and consequent moral conscience.
Moral conscience means having guilt when one chooses to sin/ignore GW/disfigure God's image.
Christ is the perfect image of God, being the incarnation of the HS/GW.

The Exact image for us to be given new life from Daddy to see new in God's Spirit and Truth, learn to be new humbly so, at least for me as I learn new daily, thanks for your post GW

We see what it says when man was created..
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

We see what Christ said to Philip when he asked to see God the Father..
John 14:9
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

So how was man created in image made to resemble God.
God is Spirit and invisible, but is it possible that He assumes a form that looks like a man (Ezekiel 1:26)? He looks like a man in visions of His throne. So man literally looks like God?

I, personally can only see to be Father and Son's servant, to be a waiter and serve. Learning, learned to trust God alone in all things and see discernment as in Matthew 10:16-20, and see Luke 21:14-15, I am in process daily, Putting behind me, what is behind me and not claiming perfection of me. Only Father and Sons (One) Thanks Phil 3
