When the Lord Jesus called the Jews “liars,” He was not referring to their physical lives but to their spiritual condition. They insisted that they knew the one true God, but the truth was that they did not.I am not a liar, and I don't think it can be right for you to call other posters on Christian Chat liars. Just because I don't agree with your strange doctrines doesn't mean I am lying.
That is why He called them liars: they refused to accept the truth that, because they did not know the one true God, they remained spiritually blind and unable to see.
JOHN 9:40-41
40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.
And the Lord Jesus confirms Ecclesiastes 1:9 and Matthew 24:35.
There are people today who insist that they know the one true God.
However, they have not been given the sight to recognize that the events described in the Old and New Testaments continue to unfold.
