The score card of the devil over his activities on earth is mind blowing. Satan made sure no one could hit the pass mark of obeying God's laws throughout the old testament.

Not Moses who related with God on one on one basis or our most reverend father Abraham through whom we all are called into God's family.

it baffled me when people talk down on Satan as if he is an entity that has no important in our world. I'm not trying to magnify Satan activities but I am seriously concerned about the tremendous successes he had recorded by making sure their is no righteous man found on earth in Revelation 5.

This is a school for thought and I believe it's another strategy of the devil to find a dark hole to hide his activities to we humans.

Jude 1 : 9

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

I began to wonder why our archangel did not accused the devil when I believe he had all it takes to do such. Is it because he never desire to pick an unneeded fight with an expert in the accuser of the brethren?

Revealation 12 : 12

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Kjv bible.

Wow, Heaven was relieved and rejoiced that Satan was cast out of their midst. That means something but to many Christian, it's nothing to think about. I believe it contributed to the successes Satan is enjoying still date. The more we are less concerned about his activities, the more we are ignorant of his activities in our lives.

This is simply not true. Many obeyed God's laws, not perfectly, but they were blameless in God's eyes because they placed they faith in and offered vicarious sacrifices that covered their sins, which was obeying the law, until the time when their faith would be rewarded in the restoration of all things.

It doesn't say that. It says no one was found worthy, except Christ, to have dominion over God's creation to open the seals, and thereby set in motion, God's plan for the future of mankind.

Satan and his horde are still in heaven

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12

For Michael to react with a railing accusation would have been on a soulish / emotional level which would have probably resulted in an argument. Instead Michael reacted with a spiritual rebuke which had more power / strength than the soulish. It is an example for us to do likewise and resist with scripture or worship when fighting the adversary. Jesus used scripture to counter the adversary during His 3 temptations.

Better for Michael to say the lord rebuke thee then to have a pointless argument with a liar.

Just to clarify your statement here ----
Many obeyed God's laws, not perfectly, but they were blameless in God's eyes -----

This word blameless means

Strong's Concordance
amómétos: blameless
Definition: blameless
Usage: without blame or fault, unblemished.

I say
No man could keep the laws and just because they may have kept one law but failed to keep another law ---

Scripture clearly says that if you fail in one law you fail in them all ---

The Bible verse James 2:10 states, "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it".

They were not seen as blameless in God's eyes --
-they remained under the curse of the Law ---the law brought death --

The sacrifices they did to cover their sin was temporary and it was done so God Himself could have access to His Chosen Nation ----Sin repels God from ones's presents ------God cannot look upon sinful people -----His face is turned from them ----so He needed a way to have access to His people to be able to converse with them --

There is only one person who can make us blameless in God's eyes and that is Jesus Christ who one has to receive as their Lord and Saviour and have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit ------

They were not seen as blameless in God's eyes --
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Luke 1:5-6
Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. Philippians 3:4-6

And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Luke 1:5-6

ChristRoseFromTheDead ----they were righteous because their heart was in the right place and they believed and Trusted God Spiritually ---Zechariah was a High Priest and would be following God's commands and regulations for all High Priests and his wife Elizabeth would be following what her husband was following -----

You need to understand that God chose certain people to bring about His plan ----------God would send the Holy Spirit to COME UPON CERTAIN People in the Old Testament to do His work to bring His plan into existence -----

Faith in the Old Testament was shown by the people by obeying what God ask them to do ---God knew their hearts and He knew who would be receptive to- His Calling -------Noah was blameless and righteous before God cause he was willing to do what God ask him to do --BUILD AN ARK ----Abraham was deemed righteous and blameless because he was willing to do what God ask him to do ----go to a land that God called him to -and was willing to-KILL HIS SON ----

These 2 people Zachariah and Elizabeth did not keep all the laws as No ONE could keep all the 613 Laws -and therefore were not deemed blameless in God's eyes for keeping His 613 Commands ---

The Israelites were God's chosen Nation and they were not blameless in God's eyes they rebelled many times against God;s Command to Trust in Him and they did not ----they murmured and complained all the time -----and God showed His mercy and Grace toward them so many times so He could keep them as His Nation ----- their Faith was mainly in themselves not God --

This will show you that the Israelites were not blameless in God's eyes ------he wanted to destroy them

Exodus 32 ---after God brings them out of bondage -----

9 The Lord said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and behold, they are a stiff-necked (stubborn, rebellious) people.

10 Now therefore, let Me alone and do not interfere, so that My anger may burn against them and that I may destroy them; and I will make of you (your descendants) a great nation.”

this is the context of your scripture below ----

please Read verse 11 -----Understand God chose certain people to bring about His Plan which was to bring His Son to walk in the flesh -----

Luke 1
The Birth of John the Baptist Foretold
5 In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. 6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. 7 But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old.

8 Once when Zechariah’s division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God, 9 he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense. 10 And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.

11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense.

12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear.

13 But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John.

14 He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, 15 for he will be great in the sight of the Lord

I think the Bible indicates he is now walking the Earth.

[Job 1:6-7 KJV] 6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. 7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

[Eze 28:14, 16 KJV] 14 Thou [art] the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. ... 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

[2Pe 2:4 KJV] 4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Agree. I think the difference between now and Rev 12:9 (which is what the OP referred to) is after Rev 12:9 he will no longer have access to heaven

Of course they were. Sacrifices for sin, which were part of the law, removed any blame. Same with Paul

For clarity- because this could be understood in different ways: I see it as not so much faith in their act of sacrificial offering; rather, faith in God- that he will honor the sacrifice as he said. It wasn't their performance of the the law's prescribed offerings; because they weren't always able to perform the sacrifices in various circumstances.

Blamelessness =/= sinlessness. The standard for life under the law is "he who does them will live by them", that's nobody but Jesus.

The score card is amazing indeed, Satan has fought so many battles and lost every single one and even already it is called before it happens that he'll lose all the way to the very last one. Praise Jesus!

You give far too much credit to Satan and not enough to God, Who is sovereign and who knows the end from the beginning. Satan is a tool in God's hands; that's it, that's all. He is more powerful than us mere humans, but his power is nothing when compared to the power of Jesus Christ.
