Probably @Jacobfaith is on it? Wouldn't there be Christians on that site or part of that community as well, so if he started a thread on it asking 'Any Christians Here?' only gamers would answer and then he'd find his own tribe.

No, I'm not a gamer, and no, I didn't join a gaming community.

Discord isn't just for gamers -- it's for everyone now.

People from all walks and interests go there to start their own communities about the specific topics they're interested in.

I'm in Discord groups for everything from finance to growing plants, theme parks, daily memes, and even Sanrio/Hello Kitty. 🐱

Is it like Discord like Reddit? I'm not sure how that one got started.

Do they have Christian groups/communities on Discord, or is it by nature not Christian. Well since its name is 'discord'.

Reddit, I learned, isn't even about books or reading, and I found ALOT of people who post on there, say they have autism.

I go on Goodreads which is for readers/booklovers. I used to be on an amazing book sharing site called Shelfari, until Amazon bought it, and shut it down, and tried to merge it with Goodreads, hoping to make a profit from it. It has better book reviews than Amazon, Amazon has become like an online Walmart....

I really think Amazon has done a number on the bookselling industry and not in a good way.
 
Speaking of influential threads for those fashion forward crazies... Who has not gone on Google Images/Insta and wanted to look at EVERY SINGLE OUTFIT CARRIE BRADSHAW WORE

I will not post them here as you could see for yourself. I like the trashy newspaper dress. Appropriate as Carrie's occupation was 'sex columnist'

I have since found out that there is a website you can go to, that has all the outfits/costumes people wear on TV shows, and the places you can go or shop at to buy them. Babysitters Club was especially good. Claudia Kishi was in inspiration, especially for Asian Americans. There was even a short doco about her called The Claudia Kishi Club

Sorry I meant to say 'newspaper columnist' for Carrie. It just the tv show was called 'Sex and the City' it wasn't really about that, Carrie (or SJP who played her) made it all about the fashions. It was really about relationships in Manhattan and how Strong Independent Women couldn't find husbands.
But they could find good clothes.
 
What about DUI
Driving under the influence? Looking at your smartphone while driving is a no-no. You could crash your car and kill someone looking at instagram.

i don't know the exact definition of an influencer. it seems to be someone on social media who has gained a lot of attention by people following them cuz they were affected by something they heard. i say you do a fine service to CC lanolin with your ideas & charm. u r phunnneee 2!

no people would just call it 'attention seeking behaviour' and put it down to me being the middle child.

Oh, do you wear glasses/spectacles or contact lenses? They can help with your eyesight/focus. Or reading. I'd be sort of lost without mine, not for reading but for driving where I have to see long-distance.

Myopia is a funny thing. I really wish I didn't have it. I used to pray and ask God PLEASE let me have 20/20 vision so I don't have to wear glasses, its like being blind at times when everything is fuzzy.

He didn't change my eyesight. I still have to pay like $1000 for prescriptions. People used to say if you watch too much TV your eyes will go square, but that hasn't happened to me...myopic eyes are not spherical, they say they are sort of oval shaped.
