Yes and no. Commandments of God are for everybody.
But not every single commandment of God applies to YOU specifically, necessarily. For example, the commandments given to wives dont apply to husbands and vice versa. Children are given different commandments as well, to obey and respect their parents.
In the old covenant some laws were given only to the levites, not for the rest of Israel. There are also certain commandments given to rich people which if you aren't wealthy would not apply to you.
There are some commandments in the Bible that are situational, for example Noah is told to build an Ark, but that does not apply to us obviously since there will never be another flood like that, as God promised.

Do you understand this verse. This verse is not making the husband a dictator
That commandment is for everyone, but what about the following verse calling husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and verse 20, where we're all called to submit to each other? As much as husbands serve the needs of their wives, God raises them up to provide direction for the family in all the big decisions. That biblical teaching is Paul's answer to unbiblical male domination and present-day individualism that often tears marriages apart.
If you are going to treat this passage as a "command", at least start where the passage starts:
21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
One must also consider what is said in the 10th Chapter of Mark:

If we rely on letters then we will use our own intellect to understand the commandment.
But God, gave us a warning not to use our own understanding when it comes to God and The Words of God otherwise we don't trust God.
PROVERBS 3:5
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
If this is what God's want then we will ask him Who are the Wives and Who are the husbands?
How God answer the question? Yes he will. Through his words (John 1:1 The Word was God) by Divine Revelation.

The explanation on the post (Ephesians 5:22-23) are by means of verses or the word of God.
This is a revelation from God.
Who can refute?
Any man is entitled in his own opinion because we are given a freewill to accept or ignore it, but no one can deny The Truth.
It's not a matter of "refuting"... at this point. To refute your argument, I'd have to know what you're attempting to say. When you try to connect passages of Scripture that are not otherwise connected, you are left with a mess that doesn't mean anything. You might think there's a connection, but given that you haven't actually provided any explanation other than the quoted verses, it's unlikely that anyone else knows what you're trying to say. Once I understand what you're saying, then I will determine whether it warrants a refutation.
As for your other comment, a disjointed illogical argument that happens to use Scripture is not "revelation from God".

but coming from his body made him the senior of the two on the one coin and she
the junior, viz: the man and the woman weren't siblings: their relationship was
more along the lines of a father and daughter; and to my knowledge; daughters are
never equal to their daddy.
There's way too many Christians out there ready to drag Paul into a pie fight with
himself by countering 1Cor 11:3 with Gal 3:26-28, to wit:
"You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were
baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor
Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
Yes, men and women lose their distinctions in Christ, but not in normal life.
For example Jesus and God are unified, yet there is a hierarchy in the Divinity
because the head of Christ is God. In like manner, men and women are unified in
Christ, yet there remains a hierarchy in humanity because the man is the head of
the woman.
NOTE: Beware becoming militant about this because it's neither a gender issue, an
intelligence issue, a competency issue, a strength issue, or a maturity issue. The
hierarchy within humanity is based primarily upon origin and primogeniture. (1Tim
2:13)

Yes I don't provide my explanation because no one is allowed to interpret what God means in his words.

Regarding connection of all verses with the same topic.
As we know the original bible written before year 1950 have no Chapters & Verses.
Chapters & verses are just marked by man so that we can easily locate what we are looking in the bible.
In that case this is what God's revealed on how to read the Bible.
It is not a context but a precept only.

If we interpret what is literally written in the bible yes, the commandments of God are intended to different groups & sectors of the society. But that is only what Man's could understand in the words of God, the literal word.
How about we ask the Lord Jesus if the commandments of God are just for different groups or sectors.

As we know, one of the 10 commandments is;
You shall not commit adultery.
By taking the word Adultery literally the command is intended to wives only.
Adultery – means “the carnal relation between a married woman and a man who is not her husband, the latter knowing her to be married.”
For husband's cheating is called concubinage and not adultery.
Therefore in man's understanding all men are exempted in the commandment of You Shall Not Commit Adultery
That is why the Jews applied the commandment literally when they caught Mary Magdalene.
JOHN 8:3-5
3 The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group 4 and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5 In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?”
So it is very clear to the Jews that they are obeying God's law.
But when the Lord Jesus Christ speaks to the Jews, all of them, male & female are committing adultery.
The Lord Jesus said this not just once. Here are few verses when the Lord said this.
MATTHEW 16:4
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
MATTHEW 12:39
39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
MARK 8:38
38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Since the commandments of God are spiritual it very clear that the commandments of God are for husband & wife, male & female.
ROMANS 7:14
14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
You have badly misinterpreted this verse (and violated your misunderstanding of it by doing so). What it means is that the prophecies that are recorded in Scripture do not come from human interpretations of events. It does not mean that humans are not permitted to interpret Scripture! Such would be rather silly, but people don't typically realize it because they don't examine the logical implications of their beliefs.

If you look at the context of that passage you will see that it is a rebuke, not an instruction. That is God's method of teaching those who are rebellious and resistant to learning. It's not for those who are eagerly seeking Him.
That may be, but its not the husbands job to correct and discipline his wife; that task belongs to the Lord, just as its the Lord's task to correct and discipline the husband...
That is NOT why they did that. Adultery applies to men as well, as per God's law, which the pharisees VIOLATED:
Leviticus 20:10
“If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
BOTH the man and woman need to be brought forth and executed, the pharisees tried to trick Jesus into breaking God's law by bringing in only the woman. Had Jesus done something He would of violated God's law.

If the Law is Spiritual then in Ephesians 5:22-23 the Lord Jesus Christ is referring to Spiritual Wives & Husbands.
1 CORINTHIANS 3:6
“Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.”

You should probably explain the connection you intend between the title and the post.
The Old Testament had commands for the priests that did not apply to everyone. Priests couldn't marry foreign captives from different nations. Your rank and file Israelite could. The high priest was commanded certain clothes to wear, but it would not have been appropriate for a Benjamite to wear that into the temple. A certain oil spice mixture was to be used in the temple, but it as commanded not to be used elsewhere.
The wife has certain instructions in scripture. The husband has another set of instructions.
But I saw a Christian bookstore was selling a special oil mix with a Bible verse on the display. It as the oil, forbidden in the Old Testament to be used outside of the temple/tabernacle. My wife made friends with a woman who organized Holy Land tours. The lady paid for her to join a trip. My wife came back with all kinds of stuff from the Holy Land. One item was a little vial and was that kind of oil. I know we are not under the law but under grace, but I went in the kitchen and put just a bit of nutmeg in it so it would no longer be the holy temple formula.
No. "The Law" in this context is the Law given to the ancient Israelites on Sinai.
