I'm thinking you'll need to live out away from the neighborhood as I suspect it'll be full of dogs and the HOA will forbid cats (I'm sure).

The neighborhood dogs are gonna love that! It'll keep down the cost for dog food as well! A double blessing. The downside is you'll have to replace the moat every once in a while.
They won't be able to get out and you'll have no dogs.
There are endless cans of expired Watties spaghetti and tomato sauce, don't worry.

There is only a slot for CDs/Dvd and SD Card. I don't have any SD cards don't know how to put music on it.
It has bluetooth capability but the instructions are all in Japanese and the manual is 50 pages or so.
That is a nice old mansion.
It actually would be considered curb appeal if in one of the rich neighborhoods.

I would trade a couple of my neighbors for them if I had that option.
