He claims to have been a leader in the Brownsville Revival. Where he earned the nickname “Knock ’em down” Brown, known for his ability to slay people in the Spirit. He even partnered with Benny Hinn for a series of episodes on Hinn’s television program. His book was basically an in-house hit piece against Prince that has now polluted the whole gospel of grace.

I see Jesus warning us about them and how to identify them and not listen to them, the same for Paul and even John, but where do we see that we are taught to make slanderous accusations against them and all in the name of GEE....ZUS!?!?!? Titus 3 will not give you defense here....


There are plenty of movements/denominations, etc that I disagree with....For the record one of the ones that I really have to keep my flesh in check with is the Word of Faith movement....that said, it does me know good to accuse them of anything....Acts 5 and Matthew 13 keep me in check on those folks....

If Jesus told us that the wheat and the tares would grow together and not be separated until the day of the Lord, then I will follow that wisdom....

I counsel many of the 5 fold gifts to the body, and one thing is a constant. They usually get into hurt, offense and have a root of bitterness, because they have not properly let something in their character die that has to do with....

How they are perceived by others in the same gifting and call or in other gifting and call.
Constantly seeking the validation and approval of man.
Fighting over doctrine
Have spread rumors and discord against others
Personal pride.
Calling out who THEY perceive as false teachers with false gifts, etc...

2Tim 2 and Titus 3 teach us here and in spades....

Yes, human behavior is not lacking in us humans for sure even when we are saved. What is it with this not allowed to give a rep but have to spread it around thing?? Why can't we rep all we want??? Tried to give you a rep brother. Must be people beat me to it. Bless you!
 
it is ironic to the nth degree, that a certain poster, who has gone off on what is being called hyper-grace, gets their ammo from the likes of Brown...who is CHARISMATIC and involved heavily in the movement..considering this person is anti-Charismatic
