Here's the concept: take a name, phrase or saying, change one letter (or a few, or a word) and make up a new definition for it.
For example,
Repetitive Lotion Syndrome: the chronic need to re-apply sunscreen because the SPF ingredient doesn't last the whole day.
Rentally-Challenged: a phase during which young adults can't afford to move out of their parent's basements.
Barn Muffin: any high-fiber, high-calorie baked snack which is allegedly healthy for you.
Tweetheart: your other half in a Twitter-based romance.
