What do you consider a Biblical World View to be?
What is the source of that number? Actually, it seems a little high to me.
That study is a few years old now and it is lower today. The Barna Group is one study and the other one....... the escapes me now...

I think you need to be a lot more specific.

this is truly not a hard concept - it's merely because they have been closeted into the sects that
they have either been generationally born into, or simply because they just had to
pick and choose what makes them comfortable or acceptable to those that they have
been drawn to...and of course, there are so many that satan has had the power to
keep their hearts and minds apart from their futures, mostly by their own
will-ful 'choices'...

This is from Barney's report on what they mean by a biblical view:
Among other things, it found that only 17 percent of Christians have what the researchers consider a biblical worldview. For that definition, Barna provides these markers: “believing that absolute moral truth exists; the Bible is totally accurate in all of the principles it teaches; Satan is considered to be a real being or force, not merely symbolic; a person cannot earn their way into Heaven by trying to be good or do good works; Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth; and God is the all-knowing, all-powerful creator of the world who still rules the universe today.”
The percentage being so low means practicing Christians have accepted many more worldviews including ones based on other religions—especially when it comes to millennials and Gen Xers.
The study also found men, people who live in cities and non-white Americans are more likely to embrace other worldviews than women, people living in suburbs and rural areas and white Americans.

How does anyone arrive at such a statistic? No survey taken about Christianity and Christians will ever reflect the true state of affairs.
The sad fact is that in too many churches the Bible has become secondary, and therefore expecting a biblical worldview generally is unrealistic. Even evangelical and fundamental churches are moving away from Bible truth. A survey of Bible book stores will reveal that a mishmash of ideas is being presented to Christians. And then we have the televangelists with their own concepts of what is in the Bible. After that we have the seminaries and Bible schools going off on various tangents.
When you say "world view" do you mean thinking the country a given believer in is the center of prophecy? Most people do thingk this way…...
That all sounds awfully end-timezish (is that a word
). Doesn't this sound like some of the very stuff that Paul warned us about in 2 Timothy 3, and then warned Timothy about a chapter later?2 Timothy 3
1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
