Since you don't offer any corrections to the arguments I give for the Scriptures quoted. Then the argument stands uncorrected as it is.
Not that there's any correction anyone can make of simply acknowledging that Is 53 says it's men that impute Jesus with sin on the cross, not God.
And so, with that in mind we can move on to how it applies to other Scriptures. So far as Ps 23, the only thing that I see can apply is vs 2:
Psa 23:2
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
How does God make the Psalmist lie down in green pastures? By leading and commanding him to. And so, God likewise made Jesus hang on a cross, by leadiing and commanding Him to submit into the hands of wicked men.
And so, it's not God smiting the Son, but only men who wrongly esteemed Him smitten of God, as by law against blasphemy.
Isa 53:3
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
God did not strike, afflict, nor smite His own Son by law, by making Him to lie down before His accusers. Rather it was the men that struck, afflicted, and smote the Son by abuse of the law.
if men commit sin against God, God judges us guilty of sin and death toward His Spirit of life: spiritual death of the soul by committing transgression against God.
Gen 2:17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Eze 18:20
The soul that sinneth, it shall die.
Maybe you have Ps 23 mixed up with some other passage, in order to apply it to the argument at hand.
Rom 1:24
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
This could apply to the false accusation against Jesus. Them at the cross changed the truth of God, that Jesus is the Son of God, into a lie, that He blasphemed God by calling Himself the Son of God.
And though they crucified Him for it, it did not change the truth of God, that Jesus is the Son of God. And by resurrection from the dead, proved Jesus is the Son of God with power:
Romans{1:3}
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
