I do see Anointed one is standard for messiah or Christ I do know the Samaritan lady at the well was the first to translate. if she sees & spoke English she probably say One comes called Anointed He has the Anointing then see more of the Spirit Jesus went on to give her of This Anointing

The foundation the gift is pretty rare ,men leading men pide Piper idk .know Him best we can all you can do follow Jesus every move in the gospel wash cleaned of sin room for the Holy Spirit to ABide in you Then He will show you all things to Glory as Jesus Always Glorified The Father ,I'm sure scriptures open to that &back it up

In my understanding and my experience, the annointing of the Holy Spirit and the mind of Christ comes by faith and faithing, pistis and pisteuo.
The act of NT faithing, pisteuo, is a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender. If that surrendered life is deemed Genuine and is tested and approved, the grace deposit, aka, the annointing of the Holy spirit is sealed into the faither.
I won't go any further as not to hinder that salvation process.

I think that the Holy Spirit can be experienced by an external presence and an internal presence. I think most people confuse the external presence to be the harder internal presence. IMU.
