What prior history?

Do you understand that this is not about post postpartum depression or post postpartum psychosis, it is about standard of care.

So stop with the gaslighting and spend time learning about the real problems.
That is your opinion and most of us are not buying what you are selling. We have not seen conclusive evidence that the drugs she is taking will cause people to be insane and incapable of knowing that murdering your own kids is wrong. If a murderer can claim that the reason they did it was because of "the standard of care" they received, then everyone will be claiming that others are responsible for their heinous acts because they didn't give them the highest standard of care.

These are the same people that screamed at us to believe Fauci regardless of common sense. Just because someone wears a lab coat doesn't mean you should suspend all common sense and do what they say. Get a second opinion. Do your own research. Let the buyer beware. If you are taking 13 different prescription drugs for depression you should have the common sense to realize something is not right here.

There are two sides to this. PennEd has pointed out the one side which is to stop trying to medicate everything and stop trusting Pharmaceutical companies. You have pointed out the other side that following the criminal trial there should be a civil suit in which the Pharmaceutical companies and the doctors that prescribed those drugs should be sued. Proving criminal negligence would be much harder than winning a civil suit. I don't think anyone has an issue with suing the doctors and Pharma companies. The issue we have is allowing murderers to blame them for turning them into homicidal monsters.

Now there are many people on this forum who do not trust Big Pharma, and we would like nothing more than to see conclusive evidence that a cocktail of antidepressants will cause someone to go insane. No one is defending Big Pharma here. However, no one wants to see a heinous killer set free based on a vague claim that it was Big Pharma's fault.

They are divorced after the murdering?
Patrick Clancy filed for divorce after the deaths of his children, and his subsequent relationship also began well after the tragedy occurred. The specific timeline regarding your questions breaks down as follows: [1, 2]
  • The Divorce: Patrick Clancy filed for divorce in February 2024, approximately 13 months after Lindsay Clancy killed their three children on January 24, 2023. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • The "Affair" / New Relationship: There is no evidence of an affair before the tragedy. Following the deaths, Patrick relocated to New York City in May 2023 and eventually began dating Dr. Rachel Danis around February 2024 (the same month he filed for divorce). The couple subsequently married in Central Park in April 2026

Seems you do not know what is meant by standard of care.
As per usual conclusive evidence required when you say so..... but you can speculate all you want.

Did you once make a statement about millions dying in five years from the Covid vaccine?

Oh and you have read all the medical studies to declare there is no conclusive evidence.
Oh and you have examined other similar court cases.

So ridiculous "vague claim" when the actual so called "medication" contains the warnings.

Apparently you do not read very well. I am asking for you to provide the evidence. I have made no claim as to knowing what the medications she was taking were nor what the side effects were. What I am saying is that if I am on the jury I will not be making that determination, you need to bring in a doctor who will explain to us the side effects and show us that this particular combination has been proven to cause insanity.

They are divorced after the murdering?

It was a mistrial, murder is the incorrect legal term, it is still considered homicide until she is found guilty or accepts a plea deal and admits guilt.

Sad you have resort to inflammatory comments as well.

You didn't just 'like' his posts. You do know we can see your posts responding and agreeing with @JohnDB ... right? Just sayin'.
Yes,I know what I said.

Thought you don't appear to have followed JohnDB's posts at all.

It's entirely possible Patrick had something to do with this. JohnDB followed,as he said, this case more closely than most.
He made excellent points that I agreed with.

You think you're going for a "gotcha", but,you fail. Everything I said is posted. I stand by it.

Sticking with actual facts, he started dating a year after she killed their children. At this time, there is no known affair during their marriage. LINK

Pure speculation and assumption. Her lawyer would not have passed along her statement exonerating Patrick Clancy if she wasn't speaking clearly and rationally on this issue.
[/QUOTE]
What makes this even more sick, is that her insanity is masqueraded in the "christian" belief that her kids are automatically in heaven with Jesus: what logically follows to some, is that there is no really harm done, therefore really no victim, therefore really no crime; which is an extremely deceived, warped view, aside from being dangerous on a civilizational scale.
Just to clarify that. Her children are in Heaven.

What exactly is conclusive evidence in the filed of psychiatry and psychology.. it does not exist, what does exist is statistical analysis.
I am sure these drugs have helped some people when closely monitored, she did not have that... in fact

Maybe this can start your journey..

Reddington has been hired by both Lindsey AND her ex husband.....BOTH are his clients. So he has to represent both in the media and in court.

Provide the source for this. I have only seen that Lindsay Clancy's family hired Reddington specifically for Lindsay. Patrick Clancy hired Howard Cooper for himself, not Reddington, for a malpractice suit: LINK

The truth of the case is a Bad Prosecuting Attorney, an incomplete and biased investigation

Explain in detail and with actual evidence how the investigation was biased and incomplete when Lindsay Clancy herself confessed to the murders and explained how and why she did it. If you want to claim her confession was coerced, see next question...

....a coerced confession that got us to this point.
...Her "confession " was coerced through drugs and trauma. Completely coerced...

Were you present at the time of her confession? If not, you're going to have to explain in detail and with evidence how you 100% know her confession was coerced.

her husband to advance his affair. (Current girlfriend is 8 mo pregnant and the affair seems to have started at least 18nm9nths before the night of the murders)

Explain where you are getting this information. He did not start dating until 1 year after the murders, and at this time there is no known affair during the marriage. Post your actual evidence to the contrary.

So much of what you've presented in this thread is speculation and false information, but you're presenting it like it's fact. I know others have brought this up as well and asked you to respond with something other than opinion, which you have not done.

As a Christian, I really don't understand dragging another person through the mud like this, especially when you've provided no verifiable evidence. If your accusations are false, put yourself in Patrick Clancy's shoes for a minute. Your children were brutally murdered by your wife, you're suffering beyond devastating loss... and now people are publicly falsely accusing you of murder and adultery. Can it get any lower than that?

I would like clear evidence that she was diagnosed as being unable to determine right from wrong.

Being depressed is not a valid excuse for killing the children.

It should not be up to the jury to determine if she was insane, nor should it be up to a lawyer.

1. She needs to have been diagnosed prior to the murder of those children, and yes the children were murdered. Though if she were insane she is not guilty of murder by reason of insanity.

or

2. Her behavior should clearly exhibit her inability to distinguish between right and wrong that psychiatrists and behavioral analysts brought in as independent by the Prosecutor would confirm. I do not want a defense lawyer paying for an expert witness. They can, but as a juror I want to have a witness who is not beholden to either the defense attorney or the prosecutor. The FBI has people like this.

or

3. I want clear warnings on the drugs that combining the drugs that she took could cause temporary insanity.

Barring all that, the only other piece of evidence should be

4. a test done by the companies that test drugs, you can do them on animals, demonstrating that given the cocktail she was given she would go insane.

As per usual, you are not a reasonable interlocuter, with your insistence to use the word "murder" when it has yet to have been found as a verdict.

Oh right, you can slander, but if anyone else makes a statement you rise up "only God can judge" "oh it is up to the courts" you have told me so many times.

By the way it is not only taking the drugs that is the problem but also removing the drug.

Moving on.

Amazing the lack of discussion on a Christian site of the demonic aspect going on here.

Lindsay said she heard a “male” voice tell her she had no choice but to kill her kids.
Obviously SHE was the one who chose to listen to it.
There’s no record of any of the demoniacs that Jesus cast out of people ever killing anyone. Since we know Satan wants to kill steal and destroy, these possessed people had to have some level of control not to kill people.
Most people probably dismiss it as crazy-talk; and it very well may be. I'd probably think so, if I didn't hear them myself. I didn't always. Hearing them doesn't mean possession; but they could terrorize someone who's faith isn't strong. Who knows if she heard them, or she's making up a story?
But you're right; just because you hear them, that doesn't mean you actually do what they say- or even believe anything they say for that matter... any more than you would just follow the crazy directions of a random person sitting next to you.

We have to keep in mind that even under the OT law, since there were no witnessess, she couldn't lawfully be held accountable by the assembly. So, what can we really expect from a place like Massachusetts that doesn't know one direction from the other?

I am not accusing her of murder, I am saying the three children were murdered. That is a fact. No one can claim self defense or that the killing was justified. As per usual you have difficulty with reading comprehension and are quick to accuse others of slander.

If a court rules she is innocent by reason of insanity they are not ruling it was self defense, they are not ruling it was a justified killing, they are saying it was murder, but she was unaware that murdering the three children was wrong.
