It is easy to take everything literal.
This dispensationalism has seriously distorted the truth.
We are not Jews or Israelites outwardly and the place means nothing when Jesus comes because the whole world will know.
Focus on being ready.
The Scriptures provide a clear and solemn picture of the events that will transpire when the Lord returns. This is not a secret or localized event; it is the culmination of the great controversy between good and evil, resulting in the total cleansing of the world from the curse of transgression.
The Elements Will Melt:
The day of the Lord arrives unexpectedly for those not watching, and it brings a roar of destruction where the heavens pass away and the earth, along with everything in it, is burned up.
2 Peter 3:10.
A Consuming Fire:
The presence of God is described as a consuming fire that burns up His enemies and causes the very foundations of the mountains to ignite.
Psalm 97:3
Deuteronomy 32:22
The Earth Heaves and Melts:
When the Lord reveals Himself in flaming fire, the mountains quake, the hills melt, and the world—with everyone in it—is "burnt at his presence"
Nahum 1:5
2 Thessalonians 1:7-8
When Jesus comes, you will burn or be translated.. the location on Earth will not matter.
Location doesn't matter?? Well the location is also a fulfilled prophecy so it does matter.
