i need prayer. my innocence was taken from me when i was a kid and with God's strength i was able to forgive the person. however, i have been dealing with anxiety and suicidal thoughts all my life.

(PART 2) i cry out to God for hope and He does not answer me. my financial situation is falling apart. my health is not the best. i am only 36 years old and i've lost my mom, dad and all my grandparents. please pray for me that God will visit me in a dream and show me hope. again, please pray He gives me a dream of hope, for i have none left.

I'm truly sorry for all you are going through and all the losses you've suffered.
I hope you'll find comfort here.

You are most definitely not alone. Many people here also feel devoid of hope and are just trying to get through, day by day.

However, the Lord has not left you on your own. David knew a lot about loss, as he wrote:
Psalm 68:5-6
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling.
God sets the lonely in families.
he leads out the prisoners with singing;
but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.
Proverbs 18:24 also tells us "there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother"
Trust the Lord and his timing. I will be praying for you.

Don't give up killswitch - God is there and He loves you. Stay close to Him and you will find He is enough, even in the darkest of times.
Psalm 34:18 "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."
Hi killswitch so glad the Lord led you to CC, welcome! God is Love and it is written, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." This is what God has in mind for us, never self-destructive or anxious thoughts those are what our enemy will try to convince us of, IF we don't know God's word & love for us. Let go of the past, it's not helping nor can help.
When you pray tell God your needs/desires and then God tells us to 'cast our cares onto Him'. Do this then don't worry and let God do His job. You're married and I hope you and your wife pray together, so powerful! God bless you & yours with His truth and peace, IJNA
