The cycles of time and the lives of all mankind are governed by the great timepeice placed in the heavens at the very beginning, the orbits of stars within thier galaxies as well as the planets and moons within the solar system were created and ordered in thier proper places, according to His purpose and choosing, every human being is subject to these, whether we are aware of them or not, the scriptures explained how this timepiece in our solar system worked long before mankind had ever explored space or even became aware of orbital trajectories and such, the mystries of the universe are explained (in part) in the text contained in scritpure. The Father set all this in order and has shown us through revelation to mankind within the text, from Genesis to Revelation, all we need do is search them, there are certain days and months directly commanded to observe in the Torah, and others it seems, though not directly commanded, were observed by men of old who followed the Father and His ways.
The purpose of this study is to show not only the importance of the new moon and what events took place as recorded in scripture on this day but also to show how we can apply in our lives not only its observence but the blessings associated with it, as you know, the longer we walk in truth the more is revealed, and the more is revealed the more we can benifit from it, the observence of the new moon is not to add yet another requirement, but rather to receive the blessings of a closer walk with Yahweh.

I dont believe anything was recorded in the biblical text for now reason, and even though much is shadows of things to come , many are propetic and nature and require a good deal of study ti undertand them, this is the beginnig of such a study.
