If a person who is not a believer had throat cancer and as a result has their voice box removed, but then becomes a believer they cannot confess physically with their mouth because no words will come out of their mouth.

Also false doctrine, such as you do not have to Born Again to be SAVED, would automatically be on that list. AND even those teaching Easy Believism, which would probably be on that list of False Prophets.

Yes few will actually find eternal life even though they have entered through the door and are on the road that leads to life, because people do go astray and become lost.

Physically confess? Even the most silent of prayers is heard. God hears them. So a silent confession of faith and belief in Jesus will definitely be heard..

And usually when a person loses their natural voice box, they receive an artificial one to help them speak.

You need only have faith and belief to be saved. And confess that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.. THAT is how one gets saved.
