I hope you all had a great week, and feel closer to our God, and a little more mature in your relationship with Him.
May this weekend, and this Sabbath in particular, be a time of rest and rejoicing, and a time of blessed fellowship with our Savior, and one another.

Where was the blessing last week? Did I miss it?

I see trees of green (the pine trees & cedars now), red maples too,
I see them turning yellow for me and you,
and I think to myself, although decaying, it still is a wonderful world.
 
Who does not love the Psalms. This quote reminds me of the song I sang while growing up, and I still do. May I?

Bless the Lord, Oh my soul and all that is within me bless His Holy Name.
He is full of compassion and mercy.
He will not always be chiding.
He will ever show His mercy, and loving kindness to all,
To all who think on His commandments to do them.
Yea, bless the Lord, the Lord, my soul.

Of course you know, but for the benefit of others, this song is based on the 103rd Psalm, and it in itself is a grand blessing. Praise our Father always, amen.

........well, apparently..........BUT I didn't! :)

Went to church, and was richly blessed.........

The church, Yahweh allows, will come to me - always have the house opened for brothers and sisters on this special day.
Out of a Sunday church a long while ago and never went back to any.

As I and many others finish up our work week, I pray this night brings rest to your bodies and your spirits, and that you're looking forward to a Sabbath of working for God and His Kingdom as the priests you are.

Fighting the flu for a week and finally had a 12 hour sleep. All freshened up this morning thanks for the commandment!
Was reading 1 Cor and came across this
For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink like we do even though they were all baptised into Moses and we into Christ.
Same spiritual food and drink. Interesting.

The Sabbath for many is known as the Lords Day. I am sure that My God is fine with my taking Sunday as the Day of rest.

That was what my pastor told me but I couldn't find anywhere in the Bible says Sunday is the Lord's day. There's no problem at all to take a rest on Sunday but when Yeshua says Sabbath is made for man then I would take full advantage of it.

on Saturday do you still use your lights,buy or sell?,,,,on Sunday do you still use your water from the water company?,,,,do you light the fires in your cars engine,both are commanded not to. do your servants rest at the utility companies,or do they still labor and you have knowledge of it?,,,,,why if both of you do not keep the Sabbath is there a great debate over one or the other,at the end will you not then figure out which one you have broken?
 
today is Saturday,,,the sabbath to one part of you,,,,,,do you notice you have the servants at your i.s.p. laboring and you know it is against the things commanded of the sabbath??????,,,,why are you using your electricity and i.s.p. and posting today if it to you is the sabbath?,,,
