Your saying there is no Hell and everyone is reborn.
As I said in the past, we are alive in the womb, but when we are born we are born in sin.
Spiritual life DOES NOT COME before spiritual rebirth!!
So why would Peter tell them what they had to do??

You might want to tell the OP that he is wrong, and that the invisible things of God are not known by the things that appear. And why do you assume things for me? I never said there is no hell or that everyone gets saved. Those are assumptions you made based on your lack of understanding.
Peter told them what to do because they asked. He probably also told them how to respond because they were Jews and likely thought that they were in good stead with God due to their lineage and outward keeping of the law. Peter's answer was not unlike what John the Baptist told the Pharisees...their need to bring forth fruit meet for repentance.
Being filled with the Spirit is not the same as being indwelt by the Spirit. What is evidenced throughout the book of Acts, beginning with Pentecost, is the promise of the Father spoken of by Joel and given by Jesus...Matthew 3:11...He will baptize with the Holy Spirit...
They were baptized because baptism is a fruit meet for repentance.

A lot of people have been wrongly taught to add the word "spiritually" to the word "dead" when they see it in the Bible in certain places, when those words never occur together in the Bible.

Which is what the OP was about. The parallel between the physical development of a child of man and the spiritual development of a child of God.

All the examples you listed are examples of the baptism with the Spirit promised by God in Joel 2:28 which occurred initially on the day of Pentecost. This is the baptism John the Baptist said Jesus would perform in Matthew 3:11. They are all outward manifestations of the Spirit noticeable to those present. The indwelling of the Spirit is internal and is given to bring individuals to salvation.

Being filled with the Spirit is being controlled, influenced, and empowered by the Spirit.
