Hi. Today i felt i needed carrying because i missed over 50s keep fit. But sometimes i feel so slow. My feet hurt and im abit low. Its kind of embarrassing but i slept in today. I really want to be strong. I know i cant always rely on others to motivate me. When im sad i feel my brain is abit all over. Sometimes we cant help our health issues but just to know God is there helps. Thank you for allowing me to express myself. God bless you all on here.
 
Hugs Happy. :) I wish I could sleep in. I always wake up anywhere between 2 and 4 a.m. :(

Hi sister Happy! Maybe just a relaxing stroll around the block, talking with God might refresh you a bit. I pray you be revitalized in your heart and your feet feel better, too in Jesus' name.

You may feel free to express yourself anytime that you feel the need. God is indeed there with you and all around. I know that you are enjoying your new bungalow but are still grieving for your late husband. It is hard to see the one that you love die by degrees each day and cry out in suffering and pain. That is a sad and lonely place to be. I have been to such a place too as I watched my late wife die. She would cry out in pain but all I could do is to hold her, tell her that I love her and that God loves her too. I'm sure that you comforted Rod this way too. We both have suffered terrible losses. Jesus said that He would neither leave us or forsake us. They are gone but not forgotten. We will see them again and those others that have left before us. Special prayers will be said for you my friend. I may not meet you in this life but certainly in the next. There will be no more tears and suffering there. I find that to be a comforting thought and I pray the same is true for you as well.

I just had to say thank you for such a lovely message. You really have the most beautiful heart. Thank you so much. Father Pay from the church is coming today to talk about Jesus. I will be getting confirmed in church on the 20th May. Its about our relationship with Jesus that matters. God bless you for being so kind.

be careful of those who you meet up with that don't have the heart of Tourist: trust Christ 'first',
and all will come together as He sees fit...
