Hello, I hope you're all well. I'm writing because my 18 year old cat has, over the last few days, gone from from acting normal and spunky to being wobbly and terribly sick. The doctor initially told us it was probably cancer, lymphoma; however, she also didn’t run a number of tests to confirm or rule out other potential causes, like infection. My poor girl began to deteriorate, so we took her to an emergency vet the very next day, where she was given a urine test. It turns out she has an extreme bladder infection. They think she also might have cancer, but this infection can mimic some of the cancer symptoms. So, maybe not... Regardless, she is very, very sick. I’m asking for your prayers to heal my munchkin. She’s such a good girl, and it breaks my heart that this might be her end, especially since the bladder infection wasn’t caught earlier. She’s on antibiotics now, but she’s looking bad. Please pray for healing. Thank you.
